It depends always on what the purpose of the trip is, but for very long distance travelers, some more advice of how rent a car is a must arriving to the port, would be a plus. Otherwise you loose time.

Établissement merveilleusement bien situé avec vue mer et face à l’adorable petit port. Il est placé à 2 pas d’excellentes tavernes et près des loueurs de bateaux. NeoKlima est un très beau village, authentique, loin des circuits dédié au tourisme de masse. Bien installé sur le balcon, à regarder les allers et venues des bateaux dans le port, on est au paradis. L’appartement était d’une propreté parfaite, le ménage fait tout les jours. Le bâtiment est globalement très bien entretenu. La literie est haut de gamme et très confortable. Les murs sont épais, les fenêtres en double vitrage aussi l’isolation phonique est parfaite. La salle de bain est très petite mais suffisante. Nous espérons bien y séjourner à nouveau un jour.

Schönes und zentral gelegenes Appartmenthaus. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Allerbötigsten ausgestattet, aber es gibt fußläufig einige super Tavernen :-) Sauber und schöner Ausblick in den kleinen Hafen. Der Vermieter Dimitris ist gerne bei Ausflügen behilflich und hat selber einige Autos zum Mieten.

Abbiamo avuto una camera vista mare, piccola, ma molto confortevole, con un delizioso balconcino in cui ci si rilassa guardando il mare e il piccolo porto di neo klima. Dimitris è gentilissimo e disponibile, molto attento ai dettagli. La camera pulitissima , con un mini angolo cottura.

Overall the experience was excellent. The room was very quiet and the bed has a quality mattress so you get to sleep really well. Very clean as well. The owner, Dimitris, is a very calm, smiling and accommodating person, always there to address your needs and requests. He also provided us with great tips regarding the island.

I enjoyed a perfect holiday at this lovely hotel. Beautiful ocean views, nice rooms with great beds, and Dimitris is a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Beaches, restaurants and a few bars are all within walking distance, and the small peaceful town is surrounded by lush green woods. I highly recommend Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments, and hope to return soon.

Friendly host who upgraded our room on arrival. Beautiful sea/harbour views. Room very clean and bright. Fridge and small cooking area, kettle etc. Everything we needed. Village of Neo Klima, relaxed and quiet with three or four tavernas. One of our favourite port of calls on Skopelos for one night. Lovely bakery and couple of supermarkets. Very friendly reception at local bar for drinks (wish I could remember name as deserve a mention) Highly recommended
