i did a escape room at southveiw and had a great time out helper was called rory and is was very nice and kind he gave us clues when we needed them and was great at explaining things if you go to southview i recommend you do the escape room it was well themed and challenging

We ate at Thunderbird fried chicken tonight…. UNBELIEVABLE food! I love food, so I really appreciate good scran. Troy, Luke, Mido and Virag were all super friendly and chatty. Genuinely the best chicken wings I have ever eaten!! 10/10 would recommend!

A very nice hotel. Very clean and the rooms are a good size. Couch bed for the children. Good facilities in the rooms. Restraunt is good, nice food good selection. Good breakfast. New electric chargers which was good. Staff all very nice and helpful. My only issue is no dairy free spread at breakfast. I have raised this point for several years now. Only butter pats available no flora or similar. Also have to ask for dairy free milk, not just available with other milks. This is quite behind the times now, most places have a very good dairy and gluten free option.

The staff were friendly and offered advice and suggestions which was helpful. Especially Macey who took my order and Mido. Food was well packaged and was very nice. It had good option of foods which came out in good timing.……………………………………..

Really good service.. this is our second time of returning and this time we wasn't on site we chose to drive as the food is good for money and service is always good. Mido, Alfy and Troy were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend

the thunderbolt chicken shop was top class and highly rate it chicken was so tender luke and midot service was amazing as a rosette star chef i couldnt fault the chicken was so good and not to mention the the sauces to comes with it red pepper aoili was too good

Fantastic food - very tasty, lots of different flavours to choose from and filling, great customer service skills - spent time interacting with customers, very friendly. Definitely highly recommend to anyone, even if you just want a little super, they do the perfect portions.

Only reviewing Thunderbird Chicken on here as we’re owners on site. Never had a bad meal from there. We actually prefer it to KFC. Luke, Mido and the rest of the team are brilliant, they work their socks off. Food is always really tasty and piping hot.
