Free upgrade from a double room to a family room (consists of a separate double room, a single room and one toilet / shower) in a big room. Free onsite parking.
Dinner deal was very great, 2 mains for £15, and big portions! Free welcoming hot drink was available too.
The shower water is hot, yet the water pressure is weak (perhaps it is a "water-saving" style?)
Hot items of breakfast buffet was great, esp. the mushrooms were very big, with free refill filter coffee and tea. It'd be good if there are yogurt and more varieties of bread.
Just 5 minutes drive to town centre / train station.

Room was a little small but we were told this when we booked and it was adequate for what we wanted. The staff were very pleasant and the meals we had on site were very well presented and the food was tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Foods was ok .clean room .tv at a awful angle only good for one person. Plus bed needs updating. Mattress was like old fashion like sleeping on the floor not my sleep because of bed and Mattress. Breakfast was ok .would I used again maybe not

We recently visited North Shore for my captain’s trip. The service from everyone was absolutely brilliant from start to finish particularly Elizabeth, the staff on reception and the service in the restaurant. Golf course staff were great also and everyone had a good time. This made it a memorable event for my Captain’s year and want to thank you all. Regards Gary

Hotel was clean and had what we needed as a couple - nice comfy bed to crash on and a functional bathroom. Nice view on the ocean past the car park and a stones throw from a public car park and entrance to the beach. Only a 10minutes walk into the center. Good bar overlooking the golf course and really nice food available. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were quite basic and not the most modern. Could've done with some thicker curtains...had a gorgeous view of the sunrise over the ocean but to have it glaring in your face at 4am wasn't ideal. The noise around the hotel also carried a lot so if you're a light sleeper, ear plugs might be a good shout. Having said all of that, it did not spoil our trip one bit - it was everthing we needed from a hotel room.

The hotel was everything we expected, clean comfortable and a good location. We were in Skegness for a family birthday. The room was a good size and very very clean. Loved the bedding we had the best sleep ever. Only downside was the bath, I have mobility issues and could not get into the bath. I would have been Ok had there been a grab rail in the bath.
