Stayed for 2 nights at the karema,excellent location for peace and quiet, very comfortable bed,complimentary fresh milk and water in mini fridge. Inclusive breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. Rooms cleaned daily,all in all a excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone, I will definitely be back,thank you liz.

The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. The host is very friendly and helpful. A large clean, very comfortable en suite bedroom, coffee and tea making facilities included in the room, lots of soft clean towels. Great ambiance in the dining room, breakfast freshly made every morning and good quality food. The location is prefect within walking distance to town and all the resort attractions. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

I had a very nice 3 night stay....the room was at the front ...but not noisy...Bed & pillows very comfortable...Breakfasts were cooked to order...I asked for my fried egg yoke to not be runny ..it was perfect ... & no burnt bits on it at all...nice lean bacon & good sausages...fresh fruit & cereals too ...the place was within walking distance of town ..& beach...the hosts were very pleasant & chatty....

great friendly bed & breakfast. liz welcomed us and allowed us in to check in early which is appreciated. one of the best cooked breakfasts we have ever had. help yourself to yogurts,fresh fruits,cerials,pastries. cooked breakfast with nice warm toast and hot drinks. a great price for 4 nights,free internet. very highly recommended and will deff return. a nice little 4 days break. 5 stars. thank you again liz

Good location. About 5-10 mins walk to town centre and beach. Good value for money. Decent size rooms with on suite. Very clean and very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time I'm visiting family. Highly recommend

Booked a last min trip Saturday afternoon 3 hours later we arrived welcomed by lovely Liz great location! Great little room will deffo be back if we come back to Skegness again, breakfast was a plus too!

Lovely bed and breakfast hos liz very nice lady breakfast was lovely rooms comfortable very quiet location 5 minuits from centre and 35 minutes stroll to butlins we had a very nice 2 day stay would definitely stay here again

Lovely welcoming couple who run the b&b, room had everything needed inc, tea, coffee, kettle, fridge (with milk and bottled water) and toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, cereals, juice, toast and fabulous full English. Good location and on road parking was always available nearby. Would recommend Karema as very reasonable and friendly, Thankyou liz and Ian
