4 günlük Sivas seyahatimizde konakladığımız otelinizde aldığımız harika misafirliğiniz, tertemiz ve düzenli odalarınız, bol çeşitli ve lezzetli kahvaltılarınız( bol çeşit derken ufak bir izahda bulunayım; taze vişne servisi dahi vardı), gece yarısındaki varşımızdan, son sabah çıkışımıza kadar bizi abartısız ama; her misafirlerine ismiyle hitap edecek, kahveyi nasıl içtiğinizi ikinci defa söylemenize fırsat vermeden, arzu ettiğiniz şekilde getirecek kadar özenli, nezaketli ve güleryüzlü tüm çalışanlarınız için; tüm Keykavus Otel ailesine teşekkür ediyorum. Otel çalışanları oldukça kibar ve ilgili, odalar oldukça temiz ve ferahti. Ana cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen oldukca sessiz ve günün tüm yorgunluğunu atmak için birebir. Gidecek olanların kahvaltısına mutlaka katılmasını öneririm. Tüm çalışanlarına ilgileri ve emekleri için teşekkür ediyorum

Otel genel olarak çok iyiydi. İnternet konusunda sorunu vardı, sabah kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve iyi bir terasta hizmet veriyorlar. Girişteki personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Misafirperverdiler. Otelin temizliği ve düzeni de oldukça iyiydi.

Dışarıdan süslü püslü duran otel tam bir fiyasko. Odaya girdiğimizde resmen kahve gibi sigara kokusundan durulmuyordu. Odalar Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi değil. Çok küçük ve dar. Koridorlarda ve odalarda yemek kokusu gibi tuhaf bir koku var. Sanırım havalandırma ya da klimadan geliyor. Kahvaltı salonu düzensiz, çalışanlar ilgisiz. Kesinlikle parasını haketmeyen bir otel. Gitmeden önce bir daha düşünün!
