Die Zimmer sahen gut aus Sauberkeit und Design war alles in Ordnung. Service und Frühstück waren ebenfalls absolut in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer hat aber eine Menge Mängel aufgewiesen: Es kam immer wieder vor das aus dem bad ein extremer Kanalisations Geruch kam bei dem es nicht zu zuordnen war wo genau der herkam… Bei jeder dusche lief wasser aus der Duschkabine das über die Fliesen unter der tür bis zum Teppich im Zimmer gewandert ist und der Teppich dadurch immer extrem nass war.

トイレも古く、勢いが弱すぎるため、肛門まで届かない、、等々

Özellikle Merkezi bir otel. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti beni oldukça memnun etti. Ayrıca, personelin samimi ve ilgili davranışı da çok iyiyidi. Ancak maalesef bazı rahatsız edici detaylar deneyimi gölgeledi. Lavaboda kıllar bulunması hijyen konusunda endişelendirdi. Odanın duvarlarında belirgin çatlaklar vardı ve bu durum konfor algısını olumsuz etkiledi. Banyoda şampuan bulunmaması ve duş jeli yerine son kullanma tarihi 2022 olan antibakteriyel sıvı sabun konulması tuhaftı. Sonuç Olarak, Personelin çabası ve kahvaltı kalitesi oteli tekrar denemek için bir sebep olsa da, temizlik, bakım ve temel ihtiyaçların karşılanması konusunda ciddi iyileştirmeler şart. Umarım geri bildirimler dikkate alınır.

Otelin tasarımı sarayı andurıyordu, 2 gün Sivas I gezmeye yetmedi ama çok iyi dinlendik. Odaları konforlu restaurant çok iyi. Kurutemizlrme hizmeti olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Odanın temizliği kusursuz

Savona Otel'i Sivas'a gideceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Şehrin tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ve çok yakın. Otel son derece temiz. Bu otelde kalabalık bir etkinlik yaptık Aralık ayı içerisinde. Otel personeli her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Burada Yalçın Alaca beyefendi için ayrıca bir teşekkür sunmam gerekir. Kendisi ilgili bir yönetici olarak otelin tüm planaklarını seferber ederek destek verdi bizlere. Otelin restoranı da çok başarılı, gitmişken mutlaka deneyin.

Good , I visited many other hotel in Sivas , But this one is better than others , the room is wide with good desk and good W.C
My only comment is that the breakfast is the same everyday, No variety
