We had a connected vacation of 10 days in two different properties, booked through ***********. One of them was for the property of The Yellow house. Just a few weeks before the vacation, they canceled our reservation and returned the payment. But our vacation is ruined and we can not find other property to connect with the first stay. We are also traveling with two children and *********** is also not helping out, but pushing the issues to the properties.
