We stayed in room 206 which overlooked Mount Athos and Karidi beach. Fabulous. Unimprovable. The family who hosted us were utterly charming. I suppose if I went with young children I might have chosen the Stone House. The pool is a very good size and the designated parking was substantial. Only wish I could have stayed longer

We’ve been here for the second time with our 3 years old kid and everything was just perfect. The host is very kind and helpful and made the best recomandations for places to visit and places to eat. I swear they have the cleanest swimming pool I’ve ever seen, everyting is well maintained and the whole property gives us the confort that we need to relax and have our best time. In conclusion we’ll definetely come back next year.

We had a poor experience with Fillis House Vourvourou and we will not recommend it if you want to feel you are on vacation. Although the rooms and the pool area were overall ok (not enough taking into the consideration the high price we paid for one family apartment), we were constantly monitored by the owner of the villa. He lives on the ground floor from one the two villas with a view directly to the pool and the other villa and he and his son were constantly watching us like a hawk, I would say even in a rude manner, making us very uncomfortable in our vacation for which we paid for, all the time making observations to us and our kids without cause (and not only to us, also to others guests) and making up new rules every time we were in the pool area. The owner always gave us the impression that we were not allow even to breath. I am definitely saying a big NO to this villa.

It was an extremely disappointing experience staying at this villa. The owner imposed excessive rules and was very bothered by our presence, making our entire stay unpleasant and tense. One of the most frustrating aspects was that the owner denied us access to the terrace in the evenings. This significantly limited our opportunities for relaxation and socializing in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Furthermore, the owner was fixated on silence and constantly warned us to make as little noise as possible. This created an oppressive and unpleasant atmosphere, where we felt constantly under surveillance and evaluation. Instead of feeling comfortable and relaxed, we feared any movement or sound could provoke the owner's dissatisfaction. Communication with the owner was also difficult and unpleasant. He was extremely strict and treated us with disrespect and a lack of empathy. We felt we were viewed as intruders rather than paying customers who should have been able to enjoy a pleasant experience. In conclusion, we do not recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing and unrestricted vacation. The owner's attitude and excessive rules completely ruined the joy and comfort of our trip. It was an unpleasant experience, and we truly felt unwelcome. I paid a high price for the conditions I got. Indeed, the property is very clean.

A nice accommodation, with pool area and a bar, lounge common areas, too bad you cannot use them. Or you need to use them in complete silence, the owner is very disturbed and behaves totally unprofessionally if you dare to make a noise. The location could be good for kids but they need to be kept quiet, because the owner gets disturbed. We dis everything we could to stay away as much as possible, to beaches and restaurants to not face the owner too much. He made us feel unpleasant and unwelcome, with new rules everyday.

The accommodation, the pool and the grounds were all immaculate and a very high standard. The location is great and you can explore the area if you have a car. The hosts were great and very helpful, they made our stay very special. We would visit again!

We visited Fillis House for the second time. We had such a great time last year that we repeated the trip this year. We booked the family suite and it was immaculate! It is very spacious and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool was amazing and very clean and the hosts very hospitable, warm and helpful. The accommodation and the grounds are maintained to a high standard and the location is perfect for exploring the region. We recommend it highly.

Μείναμε στο Family Suite γιά οκτώ βράδυα και περάσαμε αξέχαστες διακοπές. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι και μας εξυπηρέτησαν στα πάντα! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ μοντέρνο (τέλειο design) και πεντακάθαρο. Ο κήπος είναι τέλεια φροντισμένος και μοσχοβολάει. Η πισίνα είναι υπέροχη ενώ οι γειτονικές παραλίες Καρύδι, Λαγονήσι και Τρανή Αμμούδα φανταστικές. Περάσαμε τόσο καλά που μόλις κλείσαμε γιά 10 βράδυα του χρόνου!
