Absolute rip off. Dity tiny pool that does not get cleaned for three days, no sun beds. Late check in is the worst you have to walk to the main hotel as there are no keys in a box. their system is old and antiquated. Lots of unsafe facilities, very noisy. took videos and photos as evidence. Got woken up at 0315hrs by guests jumping in the pool which was closed and very noisy, did not sleep. This is the real faulty towers. Do not be deceived by the photos they are false like estate agents pics . Even staff know that their system is bad. I will never book here again, Sockets falling off the wall, bare wires hanging out. should really be closed down. its ok for locals to use but not tourists. Dirty sheets , basic tiling in bathroom failed that causes flooding.

We booked for 1 week and on arrival found out you can’t get in you have to get a taxi to another hotel around 2 miles away to get the keys! Not what you need after a long journey. After paying a 200 euro deposit we got a taxi back again to finally get into the apartment. It seemed fairly clean and well equipped but there was no hot water sometimes and the shower was blocked so you can only run the water very slowly. We also had to fix the flush on the toilet several times, the place is not manned and the number we were given was not answered. Also when lying in the bed there’s a smell of mold and there was a very dodgy looking yellow stain on a pillow. The outside door is never locked so anyone could get in and the grip on the stairs is coming away from the stair so you can trip very easily. The maids do not come into the apartment to change bed covers or towels and are very noisy talking at the tops of their voices and banging equipment around. All in all the place is grotty and old and I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Its the worst hotel ever,,,,the service is so bad,you have to book taxi yo go to their main office to get the apartment keys,you have to fight to open the main gate door ,the wifi is not working ,no towels changing Better they close

Let's skip the fact that we have to go to the other end of the city to get the keys to the apartment. We arrived around 11.30 am, the receptionist informed me that the apartment was not ready, which is understandable since check-in is at 3 pm. He still takes my documents and credit card and informs me that once the apartment is ready I will be contacted. I leave my suitcases and decide to go for a walk in the city while waiting, 3 hours later still no call, I go back to the other side of town again and find myself facing a new receptionist, she asks me again for my papers and credit card, I notify her that her colleague has already checked me in I just have to pick up the keys, here we go again in a check in which lasted 20 min and it's not even a joke, I will learn later that this person was new and that it was his 2nd day... Arrived at the apartment, the complex is dilapidated, the rusty bathtub, very very old furniture, the place has a cloudy swimming pool you can't see the bottom, the cleaning ladies are noisy and start chirping from 8am, nothing was right , the only positive point of this place is its location, a few meters from a beach and a little removed from the center.

Nice area, but the apartments are in desperate need of a refurbishment and a good cleaning. Do not expect to have WiFi. I am not talking about a bad reception... when I asked about WiFi in the apartment, they answered me that there is WiFi in the garden, or in the terrace (looking forward sitting your kids at 4pm in the terrace to chill out watching their telephones/ipads, at 30 degrees).
