We had the best holiday in Sissi, Castello Boutique resort was in a perfect position, easy to reach everything, but sheltered from the windy seafront. First impressions were positive apart from having to lift heavy luggage up the steps, maybe a ramp would be a good addition. Staff were amazing, special thanks to Marianna on reception, always smiling, helpful and a real asset to the hotel. Room was lovely, I wish I'd asked specifically for a walk in shower on arrival as showering while stood in the bath is difficult, but it didn't detract from the amenities. Complementary toiletries were really lovely, and the nice touch of a small bottle of raki and cakes were a nice touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable, slept like a baby. There were a few slight negatives. The wardrobes, even though they had lights inside, it was still very dark. The drawers inside the wardrobe were very hard to close, seemed to dip under the weight of the safe. Cleanliness was top class! We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the choice was perfect, the yogurt was to die for! I wish I'd got the young girls name from the dining area, as she was lovely. I'd definitely recommend the place if you're after low key, adult only.

I have just returned from this wonderful hotel, which I have visited Several times the service and attention to detail is impeccable On my arrival, the generous gesture of fruit and wine in my room. Was very much appreciated The staff are Polite and courteous and go out their way 100% to ensure that you have a perfect holiday. I particularly want to mention two girls in the dining room who Always had a smile and nice words to say to each guest yeta and Konstantinos (the food is very good )I might add On Reception is the lovely Marianna Who always dealt with any query with a smile and courtesy, and last, not least I want to pay a particular. Thank you to Apfroditi I Cannot recommend this amazing hotel enough if you are looking for a peaceful and lovely stay In the pretty fishing village of sissi then this outstanding hotel is for you

We wanted a complete switch of from work and having to plan, think, organise… And this was it! Calm grown up environment to utterly relax. Food was super, top quality and varied. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby if you’re breakfast only, all are very Greek & the hotel restaurant does offer wider choices. Staff are professional & very sweet. Had a few massages in the spa which were excellent & not too expensive.

Super hotel very modern and clean. We were in the ‘Suites by the Sea’ which was quiet with a lovely pool and really excellent A La Carte restaurant. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble, so thanks to the whole team. Particular mention has to go to Christopher (Restaurant Manager), Eleni (reservations coordinator) and Vicki (reception), who were superb. The only thing stopping it from being a 5 were a few snagging/teething problems as it hadn’t been open long but this didn’t detract from a great holiday - so much so we’ve booked to go back in October.

We were here for just a week but the hotel was a gem. Beautiful pool, staff amazingly friendly and the room was perfect. We had our own plunge pool was perfect (albeit chilly!) We went to the new restaurant at Castello Suites called the Origins and the food blew our minds

Bel hôtel mais on trouve beaucoup mieux en Crete
Attention le descriptif des équipements de la chambre est trompeur il n’y a pas de bain à remous extérieur dans la supérieure vue jardin contrairement à ce qui est écrit et le stationnement se fait dans la rue. Le restaurant est délicieux et le personnel sympathique mais les avantages Vip n’ont pas été pris en compte même pas le départ tardif de 2h qui est normalement garanti. L’hotel est beau mais les finissions à revoir pour un 5 étoiles. Literie excellente. Environnement proche moche. Voiture indispensable.
