Hotel is clean and new but lacks atmosphere. Nice peaceful setting and in a great location to get to the waterfall and if you dive with Bahura Dive (highly recommend). You definitely need to rent a bike (and have a drivers license to do so) if you stay here

Stayed at the Villa (5 nights) with a friend! A very nice and quiet place, if you have adequate neighbors (before leaving, a group of noisy Chinese checked in, who were swimming in the pool at 2 am and laughing loudly) 🤦🏻♀️, so much so that we even had to go out and ask them to calm down!!! We even wrote a note to the admin, and in the morning we received an apology and an offer of compensation for the "night rendezvous"!
Overall, everything was great: attentive and responsive staff, beautiful and well-kept territory, the only downside is the restaurant menu (many items were missing, but the cooks 🧑🍳 met us halfway every time and this is a big plus ➕)
Every morning, fresh and delicious pastries were brought to the guests' room!

I had an amazing stay at Gabayan Riviera Resort. I love how quiet and peaceful the place is, it really satisfied me. The food was great, and the coffee was just perfect. The staff were so kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in the Premier Villa, and I was so happy with the room. It was spacious, with a king-size bed and a super soft mattress, so comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the terrace in front of our room, which was part of our space. Sitting there with a cup of coffee while admiring the beautiful ocean view was such a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway, I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth visiting.

I just have to say, Gabayan Riviera Resort is one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever been to. It’s so quiet and relaxing, perfect if you just want to escape from all the noise and stress. It’s not crowded at all, which makes it even better, especially for honeymooners or retirees looking for a calm and laid-back vacation. What I love the most is the view. The resort faces Mindanao and Camiguin Island, and just sitting there by the ocean feels so refreshing. The boardwalk is also a great spot for yoga or just enjoying the sea breeze. Plus, we had the swimming pool all to ourselves, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back.

We really loved this property. It t is in a quiet area of Siquijor near Lazi. The property is tucked away and right on the Ocean. With a short walk down to a dock. There is not a sandy beach area which is perfectly fine with us. Our Villa was 1A which is next to the restaurant and a front row view of the ocean. The villa was beautiful, clean, nice and cool with great A/C. The pool is near and well kept, really pretty. The food in the restaurant was very good my only criticism of the dining area is the lighting at night. The LED lighting is very white and bright. It needs to be dim and warm light for me. Same with the lights along the path to the restaurant too bright and white light. It’s t takes away from the warm vacation feel. Otherwise this place is amazing. It is a very short scooter ride to the waterfalls and the underground river. We will be back, the staff are the best! Salamat!!!
