#漢庭酒店四平火車站吾悦廣場店暖心服務，讓銀髮之旅滿是感動！這次和老伴（74歲）、家人共4人來四平，主要是為了完成父輩的心願——捐獻他們當年參加四平戰役的珍貴資料，其中老伴腿腳不便，全程需坐輪椅，出行本就忐忑，卻沒想到被漢庭酒店的暖心服務徹底治癒！在攜程訂房時，我衹是隨口提了一句同行有坐輪椅的長者，想盡量方便照顧，前台的小慧姑娘就記在了心裏，主動加了我的微信，不僅提前把我們訂的兩個不同房型調整到了相鄰房間，還特意叮囑了樓層注意事項，讓我們剛到店就卸下了奔波的疲憊。更讓我們感動的是餐廳的服務！老伴隨口唸叨了一句想吃碗熱餛飩，餐廳服務員立刻記在心上，馬上和灶台師傅溝通，專門為長者煮了5個小餛飩，分量剛好，熱乎暖胃，一口下去暖到了心坎裏。從訂房到入住，從餐飲到細節，漢庭的工作人員處處想在我們前面，把我們這些長者的需求放在心上，這種不是親人勝似親人的貼心服務，讓我們在陌生的城市感受到了家一般的温暖。真心為四平火車站吾悦廣場店的服務點贊，為小慧和餐廳的工作人員點贊！下次來四平，我們一定還選這裏！

The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. The service is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is very rich. There is free parking at the door and parking is very convenient. Business travel, home travel is preferred.
