I called the day before my stay to request a specific room. I was told that room type wasn’t available on the first floor, so they changed it. I also called ahead to request early check-in—no one answered. When I arrived, Pam at the front desk rudely questioned whether I had called, then insisted I hadn’t. She also claimed I had booked two rooms and said I’d be charged for the cancellation. With that kind of customer service, I’d recommend staying at the friendly Hampton Inn across the street instead.

I really like the remodel of this hotel. It’s comfortable, spacious, lots of outlets, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a sense of luxury. However, one poor design choice makes sure I will never stay here again! There is a super bright night light near the bathroom that lights up the whole bedroom. How can you sleep when your bedroom is so bright. I ended up trying to put a towel over it. It took my effort to try and cover it up. NEVER coming back here

Pool shut down, exercise room closed, room phones did not work, WiFi tried aquiring out phone number, email address, name & address. Razor blades in the parking lot, nowhere to park a short trailer. Furniture at breakfast all broke down, no ADA stool, no hand grabs......

We were welcomed by rude staff, I wish I had known the pool and fitness room was being renovated we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was very clean, but our air conditioner was not working. The front staff told us they would call someone. They never did, and we were also told the next morning we could not have any discount on our room as we paid via the *******
