Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

The hotel itself and all the  front desk staffs are excellent & So helpful except for a guy( forgot his name) who acting like he runs the buffet area on ground floor is too bossy around even w/ his co worker and not so friendly to the guests and he even ruth to me . He makes me & my brother feel so uncomfortable & not welcome at all. Therefore the next day I have skipped my prepaid breakfast just to avoid the unwanted experience. I hope the managers should send him to a class on how to service customers better otherwise your hotel will be ruined. Sorry

Facilities: There is a living room and dining room in the room. The refrigerator and tableware are all available. The bed and quilt in the room are super comfortable. There is also a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient for travel. There is a breakfast area, swimming pool and gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a public living room on the 11th floor with massage chairs and a billiards table. Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas are very clean, and even the mysophobic teammates are impeccable. Environment: It is near the Somerset MRT, and there are also bus stops nearby, which can lead directly to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. There is 313 downstairs, where you can go shopping and eat, which is very convenient. Service: The service is great. There are not many choices for breakfast but the quality is good. Apart from the price being a bit expensive, nothing else can be faulted.
