1) This staff is what I think is worst. I have difficult to scan my face for check in. This have been 10mins struggling there. But he still “watching” his phone without offering or ask any help is it needed. In the end, I raise hand and ask for help.
2) The lift card detection sensitivity is low, the card need to touch on the button pad and not at the area instruction that highlighted in picture. The cleaner help me to ask the receptionist (same male staff) come here for help. Then he reply a very surprise answer. “OH, a lot of people encounter this. U should put higher and tag”
Since a lot of people encounter this, why don’t think a better procedure or instruction and tap slightly upper. Instead of waiting people keep suffer and suffer this.

If you’re a budget traveler, this is a good option for you. The location is great, near the train station and in the heart of Bugis. Plenty of dining options too just around the area that are open until midnight or later. The rooms itself are okay. I mean, you are sharing with more than 8 people at least in a single room. Bunk beds. If there’s an option, get the bottom bed as it is difficult to go up and down the given stairs. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. There is a provided area in the lobby where you can store your storage. It is left unsupervised though so keep that in mind. I would love to make some suggestions such as to improve the shoes situation outside the main entrance. For context, the hotel requires you to remove your shoes before entering the premises. The entrance to the hotel smells of feet and it is not the most welcoming scent. Please fix this by providing lockers of some sort and maybe having a humidifier to lessen the smell. The bathroom and hallways could use some updating too. Ensure that it is maintaind all times because there are so many people using the facilities.

Overall stay was okay. The hotel has a good location, very convenient for getting around. The room was comfortable, although we experienced a leakage issue. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and solved it efficiently. Good service.

Enjoy my stay (one night only). Overall experience of my room is 8 / 10 for budget hotel. I had a good sleep: mattress, pillows and blanket are OK. Lucky to have a room away from lift lobby. However my room has no fridge, no hair dryer, no sandals, no locker safe, no hand towel. However I love the surrounding amenities, easy to find food, drinks and snacks from convenient store. Very good location, get to explore nearby tourist attraction like Sultan Mosque.

Overall the stay experience is withing expectation.
There are some minor hiccups along the way with some minor issues but nothing too serious.
The hotel condition is abit worn down as compare to the pictures shown on trip.com website.This includes everything, from the reception area, to the facility and room.
The room looks clean overall, but there are some areas being missed out. I still find some food bits on the floor/cabinet and the desk is have some oil stain.
I have a bad experience with the reception as the way she responded to my question. Not offended, but it is not the usual response hotel staff should give to guest.
A few more things to take note:
-they provided luggage storage, but it is placed in a public area opposite the reception.
-the lift is small.
-the breakfast food selection and seating are limited.
Lastly, the pricing will put you into considering this hotel, topping up with some value added item coming the room size and location, and not to mention breakfast included.
Location is consider good with it being situated in the center of most major attraction. Other attractions are easily accessible with MRT.
There are a few selection of MRT lines available within a short walking distance, if the nearest one requires some detour (exchanging trains).

Pros:- staff was nice they even let us do early check in and early breakfast.
Cons: air con only made sound didn’t cool down room. It didn’t have heating features either.
Room is too small, literally won’t even have space to open your bags.
Will barely get hot water in the shower. You have to remember to turn on switch to use hot water later on.

Pros: The hotel is close to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious compared to other hotels. The front desk staff provided good service; they were always helpful and answered all our questions. They even gave me a map, which was a thoughtful touch.
Now for the downsides, which I have quite a few:
1. The facilities are extremely dated! I was genuinely shocked to see such an ancient air conditioning switch. The room felt a bit damp and had a strange smell upon entering, especially since the windows couldn't be opened. On the first night, I felt a strange chill after getting into bed, and by the next morning, my throat started to feel sore. To my disbelief, the air conditioning unit was still off – completely untouched! This was quite astonishing and left me feeling very disappointed. Since cancelling wasn't an option, I had no choice but to reluctantly endure the stay.
2. There was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. The electric kettle was hidden away under a cabinet, and it took us a long time to find it, eventually having to ask the front desk. They also failed to mention that there was a drinking water dispenser in the hallway, which we only discovered much later!
3. Despite staying for several days, the incredibly thin disposable slippers were not replaced daily. I had to call the front desk once to request a fresh pair, but to my dismay, they still didn't proactively replace them the following day. I had to call *again* just to get new slippers!

The location is absolutely perfect; just a short walk to the MRT and several bus stops, making it very easy to travel around Singapore. There are plenty of attractions nearby, so it’s convenient whether you’re here for sightseeing or business. One of the things I liked most is that there’s a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which is very handy for buying drinks, snacks, or anything else you might need during your stay.
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable; with everything I needed for a short stay. I especially liked the view from the room, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The facilities were good and well equipped for travelers.
Overall, I would say this hotel offers great value for money, especially because of its convenient location and comfortable environment. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Located right in front of the Downtown Line station on Bencoolen Street. I was upgraded to a room equipped with an iron and ironing board—nice touch. Everything’s great, with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood that stay open 24/7. The room is well insulated and stays comfortably cool even when the air conditioning is turned off. Only two stops to Chinatown.

SSouled OutGreat ambience, hot surroundings. Mrt is walking distance, straight line is bras basah stop. Bugis mrt is thru malls and overhead bridge, a bit confusing. Food court is round the front opposite a car parking area. Many foods types. Was upgraded and Stayed at loft like room. A bit high to climb the stairs to the bed and air condiioning did not reach up. Ended up sleeping on the sofa below tocatch cool air from air cond. Toilet bowl (no bidet) is separate cubicle from shower room.

During the stay, we deeply felt the meticulousness and professionalism of Chris's work. During the stay, I encountered some unpleasant episodes, but I met Chris. He cleaned the room as clean as new and had a pleasant conversation with him. This personalised service beyond expectations gave us the feeling of ”home away from home”.

LLillyMOverpriced for a short stay cos sometimes your flight arrives late and you have to check out early at 7am. If it’s 3 people you will not stay in 1 room . I saw they did this to a family checking in the 3rd person has to pay extra or for a new room etc. checking in takes time cos it’s self check in and very high tech. I would rather a normal 1day hotel for the same price if I have options in Singapore.

JJunnykthe check-in was smooth but the room was quite falsely advertised. got the room with the private toilet and set up inside, however after asking we had to pay additional to use the PC and we assume it’s part of the fees already. The price of it didn’t justify whilst the cleanliness is subpar.. really strong musty smell upon entering the room but we only booked a night and were too tired to care.

Ssk0310Guy on the night shift was super nice and helpful. Efficient in settling us for check in. Room was okay, aircon was quite noisy. But at least at this ST we do not have to climb up to our bed. Downside of this ST was that there is no fridge in the room, thankfully the cook lab has 1. Cups has to be taken from cook lab. At least the cleaning here is much more better than the ST jalan besar. Much quieter. Would stay here again. Thank you for the stay

GGuest UserThe location is okay and not too out of the way, but I can write in Chinese but I can't understand it. Maybe there is no one who can understand. The most uncomfortable thing is that the jack is too big and cannot be charged, so an adapter is needed.
