It is completely different from the Yifei Hotel in China. I don't know if it is the same brand. I booked a room without window (I didn't pay attention when booking). The room is very small and simple. There are blood stains on the quilt. The hotel doesn't look like a newly opened hotel. But the price is relatively cheap in Singapore. It is a 900m walk to the subway station.

DDecent great overnight stay!2025.01.29
Arrived in the night and was served by Mr Sahlim (sorry if I spelled ur name wrongly) who is efficent with my check-in and even gave us a comp upgrade for the night! I was awed by my room as it has a bathtub with a rain shower! The size of room is great and it even has a full length mirror just outside e bathroom!
Gave 4stars for the amenities albeit basics were provided eg toothbrush+paste, cotton buds n pad, nail file, shower cap. Because the room have a hair dryer which was great but it no comb... But not everyone will be like me who forget to bring comb. Anyway thank you, Salim or Shahlim for making my stay memorable with your kind gesture!

The hotel room is above my expectations, very clean, wifi is good, amenities are good (there's iron, ironing board, hair dryer & kettle), tv is good (I watched HBO while resting) and the water heater is working well. I didn't stay in the room the whole day as I was out for an event, so this room is more than enough for my trip. It was quiet at night. There's a supermarket nearby (Fair price at Jhoo Kiat Mall), there's also halal food nearby. I only ate at Nasi Lemak Hijau next to the hotel. Nice hot coffee, and toast during breakfast. Oh by the way their staff are very friendly. If you guys looking for a good budget hotel, I recommend this place.
Staffs are very accommodating, the rooms were clean.. They also have maintenance day for the pool to clean it..Shops, Restaurants and malls are just walking distance.. It was a good stay and very worth it🥰

It’s my first of three nights stay in this new establishment. I’m already loving it, so glad I booked this hotel. - Location: it’s a bit of walk (> 10 mins) from the nearest train station. However the walk wasn’t so painful because Singapore is safe and well organised country with mostly smooth and covered walkways. Close proximity to Changi Airport is a big plus too. There are several bus stops nearby that can take you to many different destinations. Hotel offers breakfast (to my happy surprise) and there are loads of local eateries around. The area is uniquely known for Durian markets, for me personally it is always interesting to walk through this lively neighbourhood but some might find it “smelly” especially for someone who’s new to Durian. - Room: I was very surprised by spacious size of my room compared to most of boutique hotels in Singapore where rooms are usually tiny. Very clean, still new and everything works fine except safe as the batteries seems to be run out (I’m sure it will be dealt with once informed). Bed is clean and comfortable, TV has both Netflix & YouTube. Essentials are all here but there’s not much bathroom amenities, so bringing your own (shampoo & conditioner, face wash, body wash and hand soap, mainly) is recommended. Also there’re no room slippers - again, bring your own! - Bathroom: very clean with clean set of towels, and shower works great. Only setback is that water spills out to the floor easily. - Staff: friendly and helpful, welcoming. All in all, this is already so far my favourite accommodation in Singapore out of many that I have stayed. No frills, clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, and nicely located. I’ll be back!
Pretty clean and convenient hotel, not situated in the typical non-touristy area of Singapore.
Tons of food options in the area with it being situated in Katong, which is laid back neighbourhood with bars/cafes/malls in the vicinity too.
No onsite parking available but there’s road side parking. Situated near to the expressway that connects to Changi Airport, which is perfect for those looking for quick rest before heading to the airport.
Only issue was some cobwebs on the roof of the toilet which was requested to be cleaned. Likely due to the housekeeping staff being short or probably because I am tall which I might run into it. 🤣
Room size isn’t that huge but cosy enough, no fascinating views since its shophouses and previously one of Hotel 81’s chain that was converted IIRC.
Will visit again!
This hotel does what it takes to upgrade it's services making it's guests' stay comfortable and with convenience. During my previous stay, there was no purified water tap installed. This time round, I believe, every room is equipped with this purified water tap (see picture). Even though tap water in Singapore supplied to all are considered clean and drinkable (water suitable for consumption after a tip-top most advanced water purification process), however after the process it goes through a piping system which might accumulate sediments which cause it to be not as purified as it comes out after the process. Having this water purification tap installed is a praiseworthy effort done by this hotel management and shows their care for the guests' welfare and convenience. Kudos to them. Thank you.

Hotel not clean that much, hv low price, near bus stop ( walk for 3 minutes) and near lots of restaurant. Understanding that this hotel is for budget trip, when compare with the price & cleaning. This quality is understandable and okie. However, always have smell of cigarette outside. Not recommend for women and kid. Btw, i love bathroom and bed.

HHamirah GandawarisThe hotel is a bit old and its location is not really ideal for muslim travelers who are in hunt for local halal foods. Accessible to bus stop though, we were able to roam around via bus number 100 which goes to VivoCity that caters to RW Sentosa tourists.

AAnonymous UserWill surely recommend this hotel. I booked 4 rooms for me and my family. Service and location are good. Near to bus stop and MRT stations, very convenient for us to take the public transport. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are alot of hawkers nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and approachable. Room size is quite spacious for 2 people and 1 child. The beds are comfortable just right to have a good rest after a long day.
They provide basic amenities. And there's a fridge too.
I think it would better if there's another rubbish bin near the toilet. Otherwise, our stay is memorable.

CChrys NgSize of the room is justified for the price in Singapore. Hassle free check in and out. Basic necessities and drinking water available in the room. My guest is happy with the stay. Friendly staffs also. Highly recommended if u are on budget. Forgot to take the interior so can take pic of building only.

XXIAO YUNThe hostel is very close to the Ayuni Metro Station. I have stayed at the hotel for four nights before and after. It is more convenient, but the bathroom shower facilities are occasionally difficult to guarantee. The boss is good, the girl lives alone, and the boss will give priority to the room with more girls, which is more convenient in hot Singapore. In addition, the hostel is not far from the famous durian stand in Singapore, and it is convenient to eat.

SSomewhere_SpecialFor Singapore, offered great value for money for a simple but clean hotel. Yes, the location is regarded as the red-light district, but we had no issues as the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. MRT (metro) is a good 10 to 15 minute walk depending on the station, bus stops are closer. Nevertheless, an ideal location for exploring the city and access to Changi airport for those on a budget. There are no lifts in the hotel, we were travelling light with no luggage, so was not a problem. I would stay there again without a doubt.

PPaul LawrenceAbout what you can expect for the price.
The WIFI was bad the first couple of nights, then afterwards, it starting working pretty good.
The aircon was good, the toilet flushed, and the shower had hot water.
That's all I need to be comfortable.
My only major complaint is with the alarm system.
It is obviously very old, because it went off sporadically, which disturbed my sleep.
They need to install a new alarm system.
Overall, I'd say it's okay if you want to have more money to splurge on sightseeing and shopping.
However, your stay will be just a notch above camping.
And there is no housekeeping.
