Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

Title: Luxurious Stay at the Five-Star Haven
Review:
My recent stay at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay.
The room itself was a haven of luxury. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling.
Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. From sumptuous breakfast buffets to gourmet dinners, every meal was a feast for the senses. The variety of options catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the level of service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish.
Overall, my experience at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
Had a great stay there. This place is quite close to Mrt station and tourists attractions. Therefore , it’s quite convenient if you want to go around the city area. Thanks for your great hospitality (Yani, Mart and Maica)!

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

Overall the hotel is nice, cozy and comfortable.
The only small downside is that some of the things are dusty, such as the toilet bidet
The room size is small too but it’s understandable as it’s a budget hotel
It’s close to MRT station, which is very nice and check in process is a breeze
The view is amazing too

Had a great night sleep and was wondering what bed the hotel uses. The lounge with high ceilings brings lots of sunlight to the lounge, and it gives me happy vibes. The food prepared in the lounge and breakfast at lime tasted good. I will be back on my birthday next year.

Very tiny room for the price
Tiny bathroom, shower and toilet bowl side by side
Very noisy, walls paper thin, you won’t sleep well
Noisy neighbours talking loudly, loud tv, no loud noise cut off time policy
Very little amenities - toothbrush, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and bathsosp
Weird high bed design which you have to jump on
Too expensive
No space to open luggage, only good for small carry on haversack or shoulder bag
Light above head of bed is blinding and not adjustable
Will not stay again, other cheaper places around with bigger space, bed, more amenities and separate shower and toilet bowl space.
Terrible.

I had an amazing stay at Dorsett Hotel Singapore!
The Splash Room with its huge bathtub was a true highlight—such a luxurious and relaxing experience.
The hospitality from the hotel crew Mr. Rowell, Mr. Dennis & Ms. Jie Ying was impeccable; everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Foodies Tour organized by the hotel—it was a fantastic way to explore the local culinary scene.
Thank you to everyone at Dorsett for making my stay so memorable and delightful experience!

Outstanding
IIvyRoom is sleek and modern, also smells really good. Hotel is in a convenient location with Chinatown, Clark Quay and financial district by the doorsteps. Service is great and responsive. The bed and linen are comfortable. Only complaint is the lobby being on the 2nd level and the elevator queue is such a pain every time we go out. I stayed on the 13th floor and I feel the elevator prioritize the higher level (20th above). I booked a Grab when I waited for the elevator and the driver arrived at the hotel before my elevator. Multiple elevators skipped my floor went straight down or didn’t even move at all. I ended up paying penalty fee for the driver’s wait time.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, but the facilities are complete. The location is good, and it is convenient for travel. It is very close to Chinatown. There is also a 99 old tree next to it for eating durian. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the sewer in the bathroom has a bit of an offensive smell.

VVero&Alex travelersThe location is very convenient, many places for food and close to the station. The space is quite cleaned and the bed is very comfortable. If you don’t mind sharing bathroom it is good. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. I’m not sure if when is many people it would be same experience as there are not many toilet and the breakfast space is not as big, only one hob. For us it was perfect.

SStepheffWonderful hotel, room and location. 2nd property we stayed at that's under The Unlimited Collection. Lovely that they have the bar and open pantry for guests at the lobby. It's amazing to be able to walk to Chinatown, raffles place, tanjong pagar etc. Within walking distance of must visit hawker centres such as maxwell, amoy, Hong lim. Staff are really polite and welcoming. The only issue is that the in room TV is not a smart TV which allows one to connect their samsung phone and stream their own shows. We previously stayed at Wanderlust which is under the same group, where the room has a smart tv!! (sorry only a picture of the lobby and a blur screen grab of the bed... but I did take a video of the room which unfortunately I am unable to upload since there isn't a video upload option)

桃桃色スパナThere were several power outages but they were quickly fixed.
Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful.
The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones.
The shower is in the same room as the toilet.
You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble.
They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

SSingapore CYBVery much secured with a safety box in the room. Sudden request to change the room from upper bed to lower was done quite swiftly. Above all, its location was perfect for me to reach every direction including airport by MRT. Happened to join the party next to hotel. it was a kind of nice surprise. Will take this hotel again by next chance. Thnx!

EelcelcLocated within walking distance from Maxwell MRT. Accessible to many cafes and there is a 7-11 just located opposite of the hotel.
Room is quite small so it will be quite difficult to move around if there are multiple luggages. Basic amenities are provided such as toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, shaving set & shower cap. However noted that there are no mineral water provided (Evian water is chargeable). There is kettle in the room so you can boil your own water or get it from 7-11 just across the street.
Visible worn out look and dust is seen in the room. Also, noted some ants in the washroom. So cleanliness can be improved.
Our room comes with access to their executive lounge but certain service such as afternoon nibbles are only available at Maxwell Reserve (walkable distance). Pool and gym are also only available at the other location. Breakfast and evening cocktail is available in the hotel itself.
If you're looking for a boutique hotel with unique design, can consider to stay a night as it is located near to many food areas.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe location is great, it's close to Maxwell MRT station, and a few walks to Chinatown. It's convenient to ride on a bus too which near the Hindi Temple.
The room is small for 3 persons but the facilities are well done. The kitchenware can be used for easy cooking.
The mattress and blankets are thick enough, but I got itchiness on my arms during night. Just take care of the hygiene of bedsheets/mattress.
