Had an amazing stay, first time booking with trip.com and it was a very smooth and easy going process. I put that I was there for anniversary and they set up a nice decor on the bed
We got the last room and it was literally near the office/pantry and its kinda like no privacy until i close the door and they stuck foam for soundproof !! I find it cool and I had to shift the table near the door because its taking up walking space between the bed to the toilet but overall , i love the pool ❤️
Very strategic and convenient location opposite Malabar Mosque, bus stop in front of hotel, Lavender MRT station nearby (450m), Arab Street (halal food), Little India, and various tourist attraction within walking distance👍. Room was quite small but new n clean. It's ok since we're roaming around the city most of the time after all. At time of booking, only queen bed was available because of last minute booking but at time of checking in the front desk offered twin beds for us. Excellent service!! Not a luxury hotel but great location, good service, good hotel, good price, good wifi (great for transferring lots of photos 😍), good views...nothing bad so far. Just don't bring too many bags or big bags...space too small to put many/big bags. No iron n iron board inside the room too. We survive anyway 😉 Will definitely come again nxt time around 😊
Very Good

Just booked for my urgent business trip to SG as this hotel is very close to my office. There’s huge elevator sound outside of my room so I couldn’t sleep a wink for the first night so I’ve asked the front desk to change my room. They are super efficient to respond at my demands and very kind too. It’s an old hotel at good rate so I have not much complaints for this price but room with the small numbers are recommended than rooms with high numbers especially near the elevator. A room is small but just ok for solo travelers!
The room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. And the location is good, just a few minutes walking to the mrt station (i suggested not follow the route from google map, try cross the road and go to the basement level of city square mall, the station entry just around the corner.)
Shops, markets and restaurants are just around there. Some of them are 24hrs open. No worries if feeling tummy empty at night.
Fast check out is available, simply put the room
Key inside the key box, then you can leave. Its easy and no need to wait.
It’s our first ever boutique hotel, very fun sized but had all our essentials. Overall experience was okay, service was fast when we asked for extra amenities. The shampoo’s very drying to the hair tho😵 but their dyson hair dryer worked great! I’d come back again with my own shampoo HAHA
The hotel was amazing, specially the location and the hosts were amazing. We kept our luggage in the store room after checking out and roaming the whole city before taking it back in the evening.
Overall a good hotel to stay. Had a good experience fromm checking in til checking out. The receptionist Madam gave me an upgraded room which I really appreciate it. Kudos for her service. Definitely coming back to this hotel because of the service

Clean room. Gotten a free upgrade. Strategic location. Breakfast spread was good.
I would like to give a feedback on the breakfast service though. My mum was wearing the hotel room slippers and was told by the lady at the counter to change due to ”safety reasons. However, we saw around 2 to 3 other hotel guests roaming ard and dining in hotel slippers. I wonder whether they were given the same advise as my mum as well? My mum felt she was picked on. If this is a rule, it should be enforced to all guests.
Booked several times coz love the hotel but this last booking somehow seems the centralized air con cannot be adjusted lower than 23 nor vould we turn it off and it gets so stuffy at night as if it was turned off so we are puzzled what is going on, overall we love the staff and service coz room is super clean

MMeieeHotel is opposite a bus stand, walking distance from Kallang MRT (non-covered). There is a selection of food and massage shops on the same row.
Hotel staff are superb (sorry I forgot to get her name!).
Basic amenities provided with thick fluff linens and a cute washer under the induction cooker! Room is a little cramped. And doors are horribly thin with ridiculous slamming in the late and early hours. Didn’t help that the head of the bed is literally next to the door!
AAnonymous UserThere is a hoker center right in front of the hotel, so I had no trouble finding food. I think the location is good because you can go to the city center on foot or by bus.
I tried to use the pot, but the inside was dirty, which was disappointing.
The female cleaning staff always greeted us cheerfully and made a great impression!
AAyu RayonFor value of money, this capsul hotel is cheapest, with good location, just 15 minutes walk to National Stadium. Near with many restaurant, no need to worry about food. But that's it.
Service just so so, bed's not clean, there is a blood stain, make me feel uncomfortable to sleep, plus the noise from snoring person. Got locker, but the lock is broken, so no point for locker. Security is very low, no lock from the outside door, anyone can enter without authorization. Have password for outside door, door entering the room, but malfunction, maybe only for display.
Bring your own amenities, it's not supplied by the hotel.
Check in and check put pretty easy, everything electronically and self service.
GGuest UserThe location was excellent and the staff helpful and flexible but the bathroom could be cleaner, the air conditioner in one room didn't work and the hot water was slow to warm up.
GGuest UserFor the price and the effort of the staff we.give 5 stars!
Thank you so much to the male front office staff who handled our check-in and let us in because the room was already ready. He and his female colleagues were always smiling and helpful.
The room is spacious and the pillows are great and the bed is comfy. My 2 daughters (11 and 19) and I fit in it. The refrigerator is a blessing and essential so you can carry cold drinks with you and keep food fresh. There is a water kettle and 2 bottles of water were provided every day. Thank you to Uncle who cleaned the room every day. The bathroom is enough and the bidet we liked best and since we are Asians too, it doesn't bother us that everything gets wet when showering. Hot and cold shower were great and that matters more to us.
The staff is really doing their best to keep the room clean and clear of pests. I smelled moth balls, but since we are in a tropical country I saw 4 bugs that I simply killed and disposed in the trash bin. It doesn't overshadow our pleasant stay at Tai Hoe. The window blinds were wonderful. We had 4 nights of good sleep
Location, perfect! We learned to navigate the MRT/LRTs in a day. Just download a map. We got everywhere quickly. Just cross the street to City Square Mall and the signages will lead you to Farrer MRT. We never took the bus, though we planned to. Getting there follow the arrows to Kitchener Road and the exit straight ahead lead directly across City Square Mall. These were things I wished we knew, so I write it here for future guests.
Shopping, Mustafa is just right across too for a supermarket run and and several souvenir shops. Prices are comparable to Bugis and Chinatown. Food, you can find lots of restos.
Thank you Tai Hoe Team and we hope to see you again. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends
JJimmyfieThe transportation is very convenient and suitable for a short stay. It would be better if the price was lower. I hope there will be new towels every day.
SSPLANDORThe boss should be Chinese (Chinese faces are posted with Chinese characters for ”luck and blessing” to the God of Wealth) but he doesn't speak Chinese. The employees are all Indians. It's very close to the Indian community. There are several bars and KTVs nearby. The sound is loud at night. You can store your luggage at a relatively cheap price. There are more European and American backpackers, Indians and Africans, but few tourists with Chinese faces.
