I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.

Mondrian has been nothing short of amazing. Friendliest staff and not to mention the amazing reception we've gotten from Lina from Christina and Maran from Carna made us felt so welcomed. The room's decor is also pretty chic and modern, would look forward to a next visit for sure!

Room space is too small, but the pillow and bed isgood. Customer service isnot good. Because when I go to take my luggage, they tell me I need to recognize my luggage by myself, the most ridiculous istoo many luaggues so mine was keep at outside parking lot. It happens twice & 100 % When I living here. If your GM or managers look at this. You should improve it.

Booked a staycation to celebrate my partner's birthday. Check-in process was smooth and fuss free. We were attended to by Samuel and he was very welcoming and shown great hospitality - serving with a bright smile all the time. Room was decently sized and clean. The furnishings are quite modern but a bit confusing at the same time too. TV has a good selection of cable channels and Chromecast features. The shower area is a tad small though. The club lounge has afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm, followed by evening cocktail from 6pm to 8pm. However, the variety of food and drinks are not great as compared to other 5-star hotel establishments. Service rendered by the club lounge staff are not up to standard - not attentive and no initiative. It is a bit strange that the service delivered by the staff at level 1 is better than the ones at the club lounge. Overall, we had a good stay but would not top up to enjoy the club lounge benefits.

Very good location as it is near the mrt and many food places, hawkers and cafes and convenient store. Good and comfortable stay, place is clean and very convenient situated. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great service, convenient, near MRT and shopping area, bathroom amenities no shower cap, no hair dryer , room is not big suitable for 2 and adults (not for old guy and children) bed level to hight need to claim up , dust on refrigerator, didn’t change a towel , noise room next door. Perfect for a quick fuss-free stay. Shasheed as always is amazing as always providing service with a smile and a promptly. Realized I left my wallet after I checked out and he contacted me to say they’ve retrieved the item and placed at front desk for safekeeping until I return to collect it ✨

Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

Definitely a good stay in the middle of CBD even if you’re planning for a staycation!

Rooms are run down and just nice space for 3 adults and even booked for triple adults, amenities were not provided until we call to request. The tv is quite difficult to manage and only provides local channels. Overall, the hotel conditions are quite ran down. we did not try out other facilities but the plus points are the location is easy access towards Chinatown, Bugis and city area.
