Overall I will say its an excellent staycation for me & family. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and managed to get side by side. I am very particular about cleanliness and I will say that this hotel meets my high expectation on cleanliness 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Checking in experience was very smooth and good, the front desk reception is giving me all the information that I asked her. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great location! Great hospitality!  And yes, I will come back again!

In overall, I like their service & also their hospitality and may come back again . My Air Conditioner wasn’t cold at first 2hours and I contacted them, they just came 15mn after that, cleaned it, and told me it’s the rule their AC cannot change to 18 or 20- but it will decrease by ownself to least of 21•c. And it is fine after that AC dropped to only 22, but so cold after cleaning. Their staffs at front desk are all helpful and friendly when I asked them on which MRT station to go shortest… There was some 2 stains on mattress cover that I really don’t like, but didn’t inform since I used to see many reviews before on such thing. Room is quite small, but it’s normal size for SG hotelsss at this similar price based on my research- location is just the best, easy to reach many famous destinations.

Excellent experience! The team at the desk was lovely, and so was the waitress at the breakfast. Probably the smallest room we've ever stayed at, but it had everything we needed and was super comfortable as well. Everything was clean and in perfect working other, except for the fridge that was warmer inside than the room, but it didn't bother us. Gym is super modern and great if you are looking for cardio, not great for any weight exercises. Laundrette is in the same space, which was great managed to get our clothes washed during the workout. Self-service luggage storage is a great option as well. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We would not bother again. There was a great breakfast place just across the road with much better value for money. Overall 10/10 We would highly recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit to Singapore

The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant visit. Despite its central position, the hotel provides a calm and peaceful environment, giving guests a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the hotel’s major advantages is its accessibility. Situated near popular shopping destinations like Orchard Road and Bugis Junction, it’s also just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy for guests to navigate the city and visit its top attractions. Food lovers will appreciate the wide range of dining options in the area, from local hawker centers to international cuisine. The service at Hotel Bencoolen is friendly and attentive, with staff consistently going above and beyond to meet guests’ needs. The small fitness center and outdoor pool add extra convenience for those looking to unwind.

One thing that might be good to have is a bidet in the bathroom and the toiletries was not complete such as shower cap and sanitary bag. The rest is excellent. Please note that i cannot comment on food as we did not have any meals in the hotel neither breakfast.

Stay was reasonably comfortable, location is also good as accessible by trains. Also near to many eateries. Check in and check out processes were also fast. One bad thing is the water heater as the temperature of the water is not easily controlled. It is either too hot or too cold.

The location is great near downtown line rochor station and Little india. Many food places are nearby. The hotel room is small and comfortable for single or couples. There is a pool at the 4th floor. Yes, the toilet is very small and can get wet easily as there is only a shower curtain. Found a slight stain on the sheet. Overall pleasant stay and value for money.

Great stay in the hotel. Affordable price for a decently sized room in the middle of the city. The AC took some time to finally cool down the room, but it may have been because we visited the city in a very hot season. Would recommend and book again if given the chance.

The service in general was very reasonable. Perfect cleaning without interfering with my working day. Compared to rooms booked by my colleagues in nearby hotels, I had a very good price/value deal. My apartments were spacious and felt like small home on the other side of the planet.

Amazing hotel with historical appearance in very good downtown location. Walking distance to the Pier of Lion and Grand Hotel & ****** la Sands, Hotel is only 6 story with dated renovation. The room is comfortable and clean,The swimming pool has good view of CBD. Walking distance to everywhere in CBD and those restaurants by the river but those restaurants are expensive and offers invaluable food for tourists ( not recommended) I highly recommend to those who like to eat Singaporean food we called outdoor delicacy night life to choose this hotel. the Satay Street delicacy center which is opposite to the hotel, opening to the mid night every day with variety of nice food you can taste, especially at night… beers,food and BBQ in outdoor area make it a good picture! it is really a nice place ..The sea food ( Black Pepper Mud crab is a must taste in Singapore)price is about half price than the tourist riverside area. Nice hotel, nice location,nice food around.. Will stay there again.
