Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with standing shower and bathtub. Overall stay is comfortable, just that the walkway to rooms/lift lobby though clean but dim, which could be due to the pale blue wall paint and carpet. For a short 2D1N staycation is OK. Nearest MRT is Havelock, which is approx 6mins walk opp. from Hotel

We love the hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful as we have the van unable to go to car park. Allow us to park along the hotel lobby. And upgraded us to premium room. Definitely we will go there to staycation again n we were lucky to have 50% discount dining for the guest during the day we check in.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

Hotel is spacious and clean. We managed to get a free upgrade upon checking in when there are no double beds available on a Saturday afternoon. We managed to get a quiet room in the corner. Here to celebrate my birthday, but have to call a few times before our call gets answered. The complimentary cake was sent up upon our second call after 30 mins of wait. Perhaps it’s a weekend & the staff were busy. To be fair, the time allocated to send the cake was 5-7pm but we were too hungry and went out to explore and came back at about 7.35pm. As we booked our stay via Trip, check out was hassle free. Location wise, it is really convenient as it is just opposite Chjmes and Raffles City and in between Bras Basar stations and City Hall Station. All within 5 mins walking distance. It’s a nice hotel to unwind and relax as the beds were comfy with ample pillows. I was well rested.

Disappointed, we arrived after the 2pm check-in time. Peninsula Excelsior Singapore didn't have my room avaiable, I was offered a downgrade which I accepted. There was no refund of any price difference or any compensation offered. Upon arrival the first thing I wanted was a good shower... there was no cold water, just boiling hot water. Even if the hotel had thrown in a free breakfast I would have been satisifed - but nothing. The view of Marina Bay was amazing from the room , the breakfast was fantastic, just a shame I had to take a smaller room becasue everything else was perfect.

This is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

The receptionist made me uncomfortable when I checked in at the Hotel. He asked me whether I wanted to add on pay for breakfast. I said I had booked including breakfast. Then He repeatedly looked at his monitor and told me that the hotel room I had booked did not include breakfast. I told him again that I was sure I had booked including breakfast for two person. I often asked him if he was sure, and he kept answered, ”Yes, it is without breakfast. He did seriously looking into the monitor” Since I believed I was booking with breakfast, I took out my phone from my bag then I checked my reservation. I showed him my booking details from my phone. Surprisingly, he only need few seconds to checked my phone like short glitch from far away, then he looked back at his monitor. But this time, he said, “Oh yes, with breakfast,” without bothering to say the simple word of “sorry” to fix the inconvenience situation from previous wrong information that he had told me so many times at front of reception counter. Does he do the same thing with other guests? from other countries? Or he feel okay doing that if the guests are Singapore-local? Then what if the guest only follows what he said by paying for breakfast even though guest have booked the room with breakfast included? Hopefully, that is not a breakfast scam. I believe the ParkRoyal Hotel system perfectly fine and impossible showing the invalid reservation details information on their receptionist computer staff. ParkRoyal Collection group hotel staff can provide much better service than that The receptionist's name is Zach.

The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

Booked a 1 night staycation at the hotel but booked the room wrongly without breakfast. Upon hearing this, the reception staff Wen immediately offered to upgrade my room and he helped to search for a high floor room, away from elevator as per my booking request. Really thankful for his wonderful service and kind gesture to make our day! The upgraded hotel room is spacious with sofa bed and bathtub. Did not try the breakfast but my girl enjoyed her swim at the pool in the morning. The only gripe is that water was leaking from the sink and had to place floor mat below it. The air-con is also not very cold. But other wise, the room, the location is perfect!

Is a birthday celebration for my little boy and Pan Pacific have made the effort to decorate the room with balloons and also gifted him a birthday cake. Very thankful towards the nice gesture. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free popcorn and candy floss. The staff are very nice and helpful too. One downside is the toilet and the furnishings looks old and rundown. The rest are all good.
