My stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa was absolutely divine! 🏝️ This beautiful hotel exceeded all expectations and booking the executive room with a jacuzzi was a true blessing. 🛁 The warm welcome of sweets in our room paired with complimentary pillow lists, a Nespresso machine, and free mini bar drinks made us feel so pampered! 🍬☕ The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were like little clouds of heaven, leaving me feeling refreshed and well rested. 😴 The breakfast buffet was a delight, perfectly suiting my taste. I couldn’t resist going back for more of the crispy Belgian waffles and the fresh vibrant salad bar! 🥐🥗 Everything about this resort screamed luxury and relaxation and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Rooms are a bit old and dated but location of the hotel is good. Breakfast at Tearoom Sanctuary is amazing and MJ, the staff, is amazing.

Booked the hotel for a birthday celebration for my girlfriend but the hotel has more ‘surprises’ intended. Managed to get our king bed after some wait but turned out that the room wasn’t cleaned that well. Facilities were quite old and there was some leaking from the hose of the bathtub as shown in the picture. Overall quite a disappointing experience expected from Amara, but enjoyed the spread of the breakfast.

The room is decent and clean, hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Likely need to wait for a while if you check in during peak hour, but overall is fine.

Very close to Palawan beach and Imbiah station. Just a bit old facilities inside room - missing tea cups and broken sucket. The rest are ok.

Hotel was conveniently located, howeger the facilities are pretty dated. The renovation last year probably did not cover the room type we were in (deluxe room) hence some of the fixtures were falling off easily. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle bus ran quite frequently to and fro VivoCity.

Well… overall really disappointed of my stay! Overrated as a five stars hotel, especially the cleanliness and services.
Services - During check in, a short hair woman receptionist didn’t show her respect and can be considered rude to us as five star hotel service. we saw her finished service a couple then we move forward to her counter and instead of telling us to wait or queue for another counter, she said “ I still have another customer to serve” and leave us blur stay in the middle of the lobby. I feel her attitude is bad and not qualified as a receptionist in five star hotel. Then we no choice to queue behind another counter. Very sad to have this kind of services. And when we check in at another counter, the receptionist said “we get the room with sg60 special promotion, she look as us and keep saying so lucky and ask us to purchase breakfast.” I feel so annoying and being disrespectful as we did mentioned we usually skip breakfast due to wake up late, we has been stayed so many times others five star hotel around the world, first time have this kind of feelings of being insulted. Even we get this room with special promotion, the service should not be like this.
Cleanliness - the window of the room is full of dust and with dead fly, the bathroom floor so dirty. Bedsheet also have grey dirts… the only good is the room size is big.

Cleanliness was not well maintained, there were small stains and moulds found in the bathroom, gave off a peculiar smell too… service at the front desk wasn’t great for a 5 star hotel as well, though the cleaning staff were enthusiastic in helping and greeted the guests. Overall decent stay but sincerely hope that the cleanliness in each room could be better maintained.

A totally short yet relaxing 2d1n stay at Amara. The reception staff was smiley and friendly. Our stay was made more heartwarming with the pampering with compliments of the heritage kuehs. We totally enjoyed it and will hope to be back again in future.
Cleanliness of the room was immaculate.
