A wonderful night in Bugis. Staffs are dedicated, very professional and thoughtful services provided as requested. Hotel is clean and has a pleasant fragrance. Located at a walking distance to City Hall and Bugis MRT stations. Blessed to be surrounded by all the BBQ, grills and deserts.

Booked for my cousins, and they liked the location. Nearby Bugis Mrt and walking distance to affordable food options. Room is big for the price range.

Nice and clean room, but the lobby and corridors might look a bit old. The beds are great, we did have a very good sleep. Location wise, good spot to reach subway. Many restaurants near by. Overall, very good place in good location. Recommend staying.

Although I booked a windowless room, it was not humid or stuffy at all. It was very good to sleep without being disturbed. It was very clean inside and there was a dryer, which was very considerate. The restaurant is not big, but it is very suitable for Asian tastes and the food is very delicious. The hotel is located near Bugis MRT. It is very convenient to various attractions. The location is very good, and there are many delicious foods around. A Xiang Dessert, a family, is just 100 meters downstairs. The bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur is also downstairs. Very convenient.

The experience was very good. The front desk can speak both Chinese and English. I went to check in my luggage early in the morning and checked in after 3 pm. It is very convenient to take the duck boat and bigbus sightseeing bus. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away. The room I booked has no window. There is a first-class machine in the room. I didn’t feel stuffy or damp at all. The space is larger than I expected. The overall hygiene is very good, and there is enough storage space. The hotel’s breakfast will change some dishes every day, fried rice, rice noodles, spring rolls, fish intestines, chicken wings... fresh fruits are enough to fill you up, the toast is very crispy, with butter and jam, delicious!

Except that the price is a bit expensive because of Gaga's concert, everything else is good. The front desk can speak Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and they are very welcoming. There is a smoking area downstairs, which is very smoker-friendly. The breakfast is good, with many varieties and tastes okay. In short, it is well received!!!

Very satisfied, the front desk staff is enthusiastic, check-in is fast, there is cleaning every day, the room cleaning lady is also very nice, very serious, a very satisfying accommodation experience! The location is excellent, it takes only a few minutes to walk from Exit D of Bugis MRT. There is a food street next to the hotel, which is very convenient. It is also close to the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Bugis by green line. Danga Bay Hotel and Merlion are very close, just two MRT stations away. It is very convenient to go to Haji Port, Kampung South, Chinatown, and Sentosa is also six or seven MRT stations! So I spent 5 days in Singapore and easily walked around the check-in points by this MRT, haha
