location is convenient and room is cosy with great view - requested one with sea view. cleanliness did not improve since my last stay - found long strand of hair and patches of stains on bath towel. 5 out of 10 staff are friendly. swimming pool is small yet crowded with kids - don't prepare yourself for swim.

Have direct access to exit F of Bugis MRT interchange station at B3 … ….there is also a public observation desk at 39 floor

Place was clean as kids love it and spacious to play hide and seek. They also love the mini bar. I love the view especially sun rise and the surrounding view at high level. Check in Staff and room service staff smiling and warm. I do enjoy my stay feeling refresh.

Great stay in ANDAZ hotel Singapore, located just above an MRT station with two lines, nearby kampong glam, and Bugis. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick by their friendly staffs. Clean rooms, great breakfast, pool with amazing view! 5/5

very god location and just on Bugis station. Easy to get to mall nearby and convenient store just downstairs.

The room is big. The location is good. The staff is nice and the facilities is modern.

Suite was amazingly spacious! Love the complimentary mini bar. Aircon not cold enough if you pull down the sheer - because the room has long windows so Singapore heat does enter. Didn’t like the Singapore room slippers as it was cutting our feet. Preferred normal room slippers. On the eve of our wedding day, ordered room service but there was hair in the food. Reported to Guest Services and they offered to prepare a new meal plus a refund - we opted for just the refund. Other than the above, elevators are super fast! Breakfast was a spread. Highly recommend to try out the Suite. Staff were responsive and kind to our requests.
