If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

This year I compared two properties for my business trip then I chose the right one. At first, it's because of the location and budget, second is the water filter and the hotel's decoration. Daily Minibar benefits are the best. On the arrival date, we checked in with the Front Manager ”Shawn” which was a super service mind but not only him, the lady who works at the concierge was also super friendly and other staff too. For me, I'm satisfied during my stay. And give the plus score for the Minibar, which is less sugar so I took it all to the event as I need the energy... The breakfast is not too much variety but it's enough.

Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰
