I stayed in a city-view room, but to be honest, the hotel room was smaller than I expected. As a coffee enthusiast, I was disappointed that the room only provided two coffee sachets, and the taste was really bad. On the bright side, the location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

I love the room interior all of it especially it’s aesthetically pleasing and their service is lovely! Will definitely have a stay here again! Thank you for keeping my forgotten item! I appreciate it so much. Just a feedback maybe if possible to have bidet will be easier for us ! Other than that its so beautiful!

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

Enjoyed our stay at Mercure! The pool was relatively warmer and the shuttle bus service to orchard made things more convenient for us. The nearby restaurants were fantastic - esp Grub. They served delicious pasta!

The room was very small and the toilet is only for standing area for shower and cannot really move too big steps. The shower only have standing shower head and don’t have the overhead shower unit. Inside the room is very small as well with no cabinet and only hanging rack for hanging clothes. Don’t really like the room because it’s too small and not cosy at all. The reception counter service wasn’t too bad except that the English cannot really much understandable with a Thai or Vietnam slang. But they are quite helpful and they helped to upgrade the room with drinks inside the fridge

The location is great. There is a huge mall called ‘The Star’ with many restaurants and cafes. All kinds of food are available to satisfy your taste buds. Check out Dan’s Steaks while you can. They serve some very good steaks. Any steaks on the menu will be to your liking; guaranteed. Hotel is centrally located. It’s like 10-15mins drive to the shopping district of Orchard Road.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived earlier and was allowed to check in! Great ambience! Will definitely come again on discounted rates.

The location is right in the city itself but you need to have transport to take you there as it's quite hidden from the main road. At the reception, the people there are very friendly. When I went to my room, the bed was awesome. I have requested 2 beds and I am so excited that there are 4 pillows given for each bed. The only thing that, my bedroom is right at the end of the building, which also means that its surrounded by windows. Sadly, the view of my windows is all blocked by other apartments. I can practically see them and vice versa. No privacy at all. You have to keep the blinds down for privacy. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Its a combination of Western and Asian food. I would love to be back again but I guess not the corner room.

Good location but the cleanliness is questionable, noticed cockroach in the walkway and tiny insects resembling bed bugs crawling on the bed covers. Room also had a musty smell. The staff however was quick to react and helped to change a new room upon reporting about the incident. The new room does look cleaner but I was worrying about the bed bugs all night that I didn't get a good sleep. I don't intend to stay here again.
