Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Diese älteren, z. T. vor über 10 Jahren geschriebenen Bewertungen schaden dem Ansehen dieses Hotels. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, helle Möbel, sehr schönes Bad, kein Geruch. Die Lobby ist herrlich altmodisch eingerichtet, steht in schönem Kontrast zu den Zimmern. Wunderschöne Lage beim Klostersee, sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ankunft ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeit ist möglich mit klaren Infos im Vorfeld für den Zugang ins Haus.

War okay, muss aber nicht nochmals sein
Die Zimmer sind ganz okay, recht groß und sauber. Zimmerreinigung gab es leider keine, somit auch keine frischen Handtücher/Duschtücher. Der Einfangsbereich ist sehr dunkel und "muffig". Frühstück bestand leider nur aus einem "Kontinental Frühstück"

We checked in after hours. The instructions were very easy to follow. Our room had a nice view of the park. Staff was very friendly!
