Best Simpang Kanan Hotels

"Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there."

"1. The room is clean and organised. 2. Front desk service fast. 3. The swimming pool is the best. During my stay, not much people are here . Overall, we love and like it."

"I was surprise on service from parking staff until checkout time. It really meet my expectations. I give thumbs up to all service provided👍. My 3 kids got received kids gift pack. Room are clean and all amenities are there. Only 1 down site my room is little bit not cool enough. Could be size of room is a big. Definitely will stay back again if i have chance to overnight at batu pahat. Since i was stay at weekend there are provided breakfast for us."

"The hotel uses carpet, so it's a bit dull and not vacuumed, plus the windows are closed. The television broadcast in each room is interrupted and the broadcast is always stiff. The shower is slow to change to hot water, you have to wait a few minutes. The workers are hard-working, but sometimes they can't help because the equipment is a bit old, even if you call repeatedly, it's a pity to disturb. The toilet is ordinary but ok. The space is narrow to perform prayers. The duvet has spots that are not clean. Good air conditioning, good parking, reasonable prices"

"The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist."

"Good hotel to stay as simple as u can. Just enough for my 1 night stay with my friends 👍🏻 The location was veryy goood, near to the centre of Batu Pahat n also very near to Bus Terminal Bp as what i need. The room was just nice. Not the spacey one but still all the amenities is nice. Got the water heater too 👍🏻 Tq!"

"I couldn't accept the fact that I saw this scene when I walked in, and I lived near the staff lounge, I heard the employees talking and laughing in the morning. I stayed here for more than 5 times, and the experience became worse and worse. I will try other hotels next time."
