What a great stay we had ! With it's old-world charm,this historic hotel is such a pleasant stay. The balcony rooms have a great view, the rooms are very big and the bed super comfortable and spotlessly clean. The Hotel staff are so friendly and thanks so much to Shami for making our stay so welcoming. The morning breakfast is very good and the location is perfect for seeing the sights in Simonstown. I highly recommend the Central Hotel Guest House.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, only a few minutes from the Harbour with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very helpful/friendly and any queries we had were sorted in a matter of minutes. Clean and spacious rooms.

Like staying at grandma's, warm and welcoming but a little dated.. although charming....central hotel it is so dont choose if effected by road noise

The staff were amazing and the Central Hotel Guest House clean. The breakfast can be a bit more elaborate with breads / rolls and perhaps fresh fruits. It is quiet, tranquil and definitely worth staying there. It is somewhat opposite a mall, close to attractions and the beach is a short walking distance. Even with loadshedding, I was able to make a well-deserved cup of coffee from the coffee station in the room.
