We had dinner in the restaurant. It was one of the worst experiences ever! Do not go for dinner there, it is not worth! Fresh orange juice turned out to be factory orange juice. Staff denied but in the end brought real fresh orange juice. Everything went wrong. Ingredients that should be part of the meal according to menu were not there, broccoli a vegetable was so little one could hardly recognise it. Part of the dinner was cold. Dessert was a disaster too. Kaisersmarren came without sugar and cold. Most unfriendly manager ever met. Arrogant and can absolutely not stand any criticism. He simply denied anything went wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT (we have not stayed in the hotel, cannot judge it).

Der Slogan "welcome home" passt bestens zu Giardino. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Atomoshäre, hervorragende Kulinarik. Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage zwischen den beiden Wintersportgebieten. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Engadin.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt im Giardino Mountain war perfekt. Angefangen vom erstklassigen Service bei der Buchung, danach der herzliche Empfang bei der Anreise, das tolle Ambiente und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Aufenthalts bis hin zu der Verabschiedung - Zimmer, Essen, SPA und Personal - alles top!

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren jeweils für drei bis vier Tage ins Giardino Mountain. Die Direktion und das ganze Team lassen den Aufenthalt stets zu einem angenehmen und erholsamen Erlebnis werden. Die hohe Qualität des Hauses wird immer aufrecht erhalten und die Liebe zum Detail zeigt sich in vielen Bereichen. Das Giardino Mountain ist vielleicht nicht das glamouröseste 5-Sterne-Hotel in St. Moritz aber sicherlich das sympathischste und persönlichste. Die Devise klein aber fein, trifft hier vollends zu.

Quelle énorme surprise que ce GIARDINO, bel établissement à 5 mn en voiture du centre . Dans le cadre de mon travail j ai eu affaires à tous les services . Le point fort de cet hôtel son personnel . Efficace souriant , aucune de mes questions ou demandes ne sont restées en attente. Avec le sourire . Merci à Isak et ses camarades de la réception. Que ce soit restaurants ou demandes saugrenues ils ont tous joué le jeu . Merci a l adorable jeune fille du bar , qui a compris que j étais au travail et me servait sans déranger’. Son sourire comme un soleil ibérique a ensoleillé mes longues journées Si vous chercher un bel endroit la terrasse aménagée de plaids pour profiter du soleil. Merci aux voituriers aussi qui ont gérés mes clients malgré la. Neige tombée . En bref même si petit hôtel , c est parfait pour la détente et le travail . Bravo à vous toutes et tous
