We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Raul, David, Carlo and Manuel, were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. After years, I was once again in ”Chesa Surlej” and overall, in this time, has changed very much to the positive, so I have enjoyed my stay even more. With the free use of all public transport and a The hotel has an exposed location and you can reach every hiking place without cars. Super is the opulent breakfast buffet that also satisfies every guest, whether vegetarian or vegan. I used the time to do so extensively to overcome every walking. Various bread, cheese, sauce, etc. and fresh self-pressing juice - there was nothing missing!! I have also eaten several times in the evening, choosing Swiss or Alliance specialties. The food card is not big, but the focus on the few dishes and drinks is noticeable. All the dishes were a sweet eye and gaumen, very well tasted and rich. The price/performance ratio is excellent. The staff, at the reception or in the restaurant, always friendly, helpful, very attentive without being impressive. My room (West) with balcony very beautiful and bright, everything very clean and very good mattress. However, if used with two people, it could become spaciously something close between beds and table. The bathroom was bright and the bathing clothes were available, but the warm weather of the autumn did not use the wellness facilities. I'm looking forward to the next holiday, because I'll come back anyway.

Staff were very helpful and warm. Hotel Manager came out to welcome us upon our arrival and to wish us well when we checked out. Nicest hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. Hotel facility was excellent and the views from our terrace was spectacular. Room was perfect and the walk-in closet was a nice touch. Bathroom amenities was plentiful and A Grade. Service was great all around. Staff were very attentive and warm throughout the day. Breakfast and dinner are served on the 5th (top floor) and everyone was just amazing every time including during our occasional room service requests. Hotel is located 15 minutes away from St. Moritz on a very scenic drive. It is a nice break from the throngs of noisy tourist that populate the city. Location is wonderful. There is a nice lake very close to the hotel. You can actually see this from the terrace of your room. It is a good 10 minute downhill walk to the lake and the hiking trails close by. Bus service to the hotel (15 minutes trip) comes at regular intervals and it goes through the narrow streets of St. Moritz all the way to the train station. Bus stop at the train station is about 200’ and the stop at the hotel is right at the doorstep. We didn’t know that the hotel offered free pick-up and departure shuttles to and from the train station so we took the bus on our arrival. Getting to the hotel from the train station was a breeze with a couple of huge luggages as both stops were basically at the doorsteps. Cable cars to Corvatsch is right across the hotel. The hotel bakery offered a quiet space to enjoy the afternoon with very delicious offerings.

Randolins is the Right resort in St. Moritz for wellness. From the second I arrived here, I feel the Balance of the Nature which bring me to the next level of happiness on my Trip in Switzerland . The crew resort is full of hospitality . The Family Room is so homie . Stay here means stay in compassion and happiness . We’ll Come back for a long stay here next time. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.
