This place came recommended to me by an indian family. While I find this hotel to be trademarked under the same international brand: comfortable bed, good breakfast, ambient atmosphere, etc, etc. I feel there are a few ways and means of improving their service. Perhaps their biggest flaw is that they mainly target advertising for the locals. In that I mean, by being a tourist who doesn't speak the local language, I found it was something which was very noticeable from the start. Particularly during meal times (when staff would cater to both locals and foreigners), their attitude seems to be significantly different and a tad bit condescending. While it was delightful to have a choice of eggs, I wasn't entirely pleased with having fewer non-vegetarian options. It may get a while to get used to, but if you are here for a short while, then it may seem bit off-setting and, at times, rude and impolite. However, I feel that with a bit of training and etiquette and discipline, there's room for some improvement!
