Hi. I was booking this hotel on 31st as I had exam on 2nd . Hotel's bank server was busy and the receptionist was constantly pressurising me to pay telling if payment is not done before 8 pm on 31st they won't book the room. I tried paying and the money got deducted from my account but since the hotel's bank server was busy they didn't receive. The transaction got stuck and status was showing transaction processing. I told the receptionist to consider the payment since the payment is done from my side,but the receptionist told until the payment is successful they can't book the room. Till next day no one booked their hotel so the receptionist called me and I asked to consider the booking cancelled. The receptionist told me that I ll get the refund. I was traveling to Siliguri and couldn't check the mobile everytime.. so once I reached siliguri I saw their message asking to confirm the cancellation which I had already done on call. So being a good customer I texted them around 9pm so they know that it's already cancelled. The transaction of ₹1904 got successful and when I asked for refund , to my surprise the attitude changed abruptly. They were very unprofessional in their way of talking and they are using the screenshot of the text which I sent to tell that I cancelled at the last moment, which was not the case as I had already cancelled over the call 5-6 hours back. But they wanted to cheat so they started playing this game and I became their victim. I don't even want refund now but I just want evryone to not trust this hotel, they are very professional in cheating and fraud.. they don't value the reputation.. just for small amount of money they can stoop so so low and it's unimaginable. Please consider this review genuine and please try not to trust these people ever. thanks
