Linen was Dirty, Toilet seat was Broken , Room size was not as per shown in pics , pics was not updated on website, Rude Behaviour of staff and No support from MMT.

Hotel is situated at beautiful location and having sufficient space for walking also. Room is very nice equipped with all basics amenities. Food was also tasty and services of staff were excellent. The management' s behaviour was also excellent and outstanding. Room rent is also reasonable. overall the hotel is excellent.

This was actually my 5th time staying with you, but unfortunately, i have noticed a decline in the overall service quality. One of the main issues i encountered was with the size of the washrooms, which were quite small and cramped. Additionally, the room cleaning seemed to be lacking as i had doubts about whether the bedsheet and pillow covers were changed for new guests. It was quite evident that they were not changed, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

Very small rooms, 20sqf in size, with 4 sq-ft bathrooms impossible to stay with spouse. Food cannot be served inside room as no adequate space if one wants to eat dinner outside. . Uninterested staff, decent checkin counter. Bad quality of linen
