Properties location is very it is situated in the market and there are food hotels available near by 100- 200mtrs. Inside food i could have only breakfast that was good. Rooms are clean required bathroom maintenance taps are not working. I stayed for three days in three different rooms. Rooms ambience and cleanliness is v good.

We were here on a stopover at Siliguri and simply loved the place. What strikes you immediately is the quiet in the hotel. It has a feeling of calm. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping good, staff efficient and the food tasty. No need to go outside looking for eating places, the Chef is more than willing to prepare a meal that suits your taste buds. There is a small super market next door (if you require something in an emergency), and you are a short auto ride away from Hong Kong market. Would definitely recommend that you stay at this hotel.

Living in NE India, finding a warm-hearted place to stay while traveling is always our desire. We found it at Ramada Encore Siliguri. Lobby ambience was beautifully created, receptionist very warm, escorted us to our room, front doorman respectful in greeting us, dining attendees very mindful of our needs, maintenance staff responded well to our “heat-in-the-room need, rooms very well maintained, new, hallways warmly carpeted, room numbers lit up well, bakery in lobby lounge tasty, so many good things to share! It was a happy place for us!
