VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

GGuest UserA serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk.
Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here!

SSophannachI really don't like the staff who handle reservations at this hotel. I know I made my booking online, and I reserved three rooms. I tried to request that all three rooms be on the same floor by contacting the reservation staff via Telegram, but she didn't place us on the same floor and was quite rude. I mentioned that I needed one extra bed, which she provided, but regarding my request for all the rooms to be on the same floor, she put one of our rooms on a different floor. 😡 When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they had three rooms on the same floor, contrary to what the reservation handler had told us.

MMajdI spent 6 days at this resort and I highly recommend visiting the place. All the staff were friendly and had a great smile. All services were at the best level. The rooms are very clean and the food in the restaurant is very wonderful and delicious. The location is great, surrounded by mountains and amazing views. Quiet and clean beach. I wish success to everyone who works at this resort. Thank you for everything. Thanks

GGuest UserIt's a ten-minute motorcycle ride from the pier. The environment is quiet and beautiful. The Hai Hotel has a good service attitude, but I'm not used to the open-air bathroom. There are not many dishes in the restaurant, but the taste is acceptable. There are both Chinese and Western food, and most of them are for Europeans and Americans. The hotel is satisfactory, but I don't think the scenery and sea water are as good-looking as the pier, and the sea is not so blue and clear

DDiegoGreat value for money. Location is fantastic and the rooms are very nice. There was some problem with my reservation but the manager and the staff were very helpful in finding a solution. I really enjoyed my staying here and I'd definitely come back. Whether you stay here or not, I recommend coming here for dinner. They can organize a nice BBQ on the beach; it's a great experience (we did it twice and we were the only table), the food is amazing, and it costs like eating at any other restaurant in the area (but here you eat very well, in the other beach restaurants not so well, in my experience).

The hostel is such a good vibe! They run events every day and every night so it’s a very social vibe, it’s right on the most beautiful beach too. The reps are incredibly lovely and there’s also lots of dogs that stay at the hostel that are all so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend.

杨杨It is much better than originally thought. The room is very clean. Although it is far from the port, it is not very convenient to travel, but it is very quiet. The hotel has a boat that can pick up and drop off to the port. One dollar is for one person, except for no hot water. Of course, there is actually there. The weather doesn't need to be there anymore. There is really nothing to be picky about. The boss is a Frenchman. He walks with a glass of wine and a book every day. He really feels good about Gaolong Island. There are not so many tourists, not too much. It’s a lot of trouble for many European and American tourists who are holding books and sunbathing in the posters or snorkeling. Suitable for individuals or small couples, not suitable for parent-child travel, because there is really no entertainment on the island...

Hotel catastrophique, Une premiere chambre avec une grosse odeur d'humidité, Une deuxième chambre identique avec des champignons sur les murs et la troisième pareil , j'ai du partir et me faire rembourser la chambre, de la moisissure partout et a cote de la tete de lit, sois disant un 3 étoiles et un prix exorbitant au vu des prestations et la qualité de la chambre .
