Incredibly hospitable owner who goes the extra mile whenever you ask for help to ensure a pleasant stay. Proper breakfast with a stunning view over the UNESCO protected sigiriya rock. Decent wifi and showers and airconditioning available in both rooms we booked. Even were allowed to use the neighboring hotel’s pool on a very hot day. Overall a very pleasant stay I’d recommend.

Struttura semplice ma funzionale, camera e bagno spaziosi con una vista stupenda su Lion Rock! Staff gentilissimo e colazione abbondante! Si è completamente immersi nella natura e il proprietario è veramente molto gentile e disponibile tant'è che è riuscito anche a trovare un alloggio per il mio driver! Posto veramente consigliato!

Bellissimo homestay,con vista aperta sui campi e la Lion's rock di Sigirya,camere grandi ,pulite,personale gentilissimo,ottima colazione,centrale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Il proprietario molto gentile ci ha portato, per lo stesso prezzo di PickMe, fino ad Ella,circa 4 ore,con una strada che non passa per Kandy, molto comoda. È ideale soggiornare qui per fare le escursioni giornaliere a Polonnaruwa e Minnerya National Park.

Do not choose this place! Under no circumstances! We had the worst experience in all of Sri Lanka. At first, the place seemed kind of decent but on second look, everything was dirty. We had a massive cockroach on the back of our pillow. I know, roaches are common in Sri Lanka but having one on your pillow is a whole different matter. Sadly there was no one at the premises who could help us. No staff at all. We decided to leave the place that night and did not sleep there. The owner agreed to give us a refund but to this day we haven’t received anything. When we asked he had all kinds of excuses and was really condescending to my girlfriend. Sigirya has much better places to stay.

Stayed for one night. I was able to get that room for a very low price. The beds were very comfortable. No food is provided and tea was provided as per our request. Water supply in the bathrooms was limited. Soap is not provided. In particular, the owner requests to hand over to keep the national identity cards of those coming to stay with him. Otherwise,giving accommodation will be refused. (Bad service ) According to Sri Lankan law, it is illegal to alienate and keep national identity cards. If you are staying, discuss it with the owner before booking about keeping NIC.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is where you need to go. The staff is incredibly nice, their service is off the charts. Their tar race where you eat breakfast has a perfect view of lions rock/Sigiriya rock. All in all a 10/10 stay s
