Un joli endroit au calme, juste en retrait de pollonia mais accessible à pieds avec des chambres confortables et bien entretenues. On nous avait vendu l’expérience vignoble qui n’existe pas. Même si le vignoble et les résidences sont un même lieu, on ne vous parle pas du vignoble à la réception. Si vous souhaitez participer à une dégustation, vous devez vous rendre à la réception du vignoble et vous acquitter de 30€ par personne. Petit déjeuner frais et bien pourvu mais gâché par l’attitude détestable de la propriétaire. Ignorant le mot client et hospitalité, elle ne vous adresse pas la parole. Et quand vous lui demandez quelque chose, vous comprenez tout de suite que vous l’ennuyez vraiment. Et nous avons eu 4 petits déjeuners extrêmement déplaisants , dont un où elle est venue débarrasser comme quand vous vous êtes fortement disputés avec votre moitié et a finit par retirer son tablier et quitter le lieu du petit déjeuner. Cette expérience nous a profondément choqué et pour cette raison nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu en plus du fait que l’expérience vignoble est inexistante. C’est dommage car l’endroit est sympa et le reste du personnel souriant et pro. Comme quoi une personne peut tout gâcher!

The residence is located about ten minutes walk from the center of Apollonia, in a green and very quiet area. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The bungalows are equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, wi-fi (sometimes not fully functional) and a small terrace with a view. The breakfast is excellent. Some things are also prepared “in house” every day (jam, tea or sweets). In the structure there is also a winery where it is possible to have tastings. Perhaps the price was a little too high for the overall services offered (probably because it was the week of August)

We have travelled a lot and have been to many Greek islands, but this was the first time on Milos. The conclusion: It was fantastic! We felt completely at home in this small family-run hotel, the perfect accommodation for us as a couple. Heavenly quiet, a beautiful garden, everything very well maintained. The view from our terrace with a view over the vineyards to the sea was just beautiful! The rooms/studios/apartments are arranged so cleverly that you have enough privacy, but this always depends on the neighbours... during our stay they were without exception quiet and pleasant people! The bungalow was bright and tastefully furnished; the pantry had everything you need for a small snack, very pretty dishes. The bathroom was small but modern. A small storage basket for shower gel/shampoo in the shower would have been helpful, but that's really just a small thing. The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate and was always refilled on request. We liked that because it prevents food from being wasted. The coffee was excellent! A new addition was the small but fine restaurant (where breakfast is also served), which is run by a niece of the owner and her Italian partner. In the evenings there is a changing daily special as well as a few small starters. We were spoiled all round and ate there almost every evening, everything was delicious. Thank you, Eleni and Luca, we wish you every success! The friendly, courteous manner of all the people who work at the Kostantakis Winery & Residence deserves special mention. You really feel welcome and like a guest here. It is professionally managed, but still very relaxed. We will be back next year!

Old and noisy air conditioning..2 star hotel breakfast..the low score is determined by the total rudeness of the owner Irina Mallis. Initially available to help me book a rental car after several problems, he informed me that he had only found a vehicle for two of the 4 nights I would be staying. Afterwards I found a car for 4 days and asked her to cancel the reservation. From that moment on, a succession of truly incredible behaviors: he hung up the phone on me twice, to an email from me asking for information on places to see the sunset he replied "look on Google you will find many places!"... when I arrived on day of check in she ran away and didn't show up for 4 days (probably out of shame). It's not enough to have a nice place, you need to know how to be a host and know what it means to host... there are many beautiful and expensive places... go somewhere else! NOT RECOMMENDED
