The lobby is super beautiful and perfect for taking pictures. The rooms are very retro and have heaters that are super warm. Breakfast is a buffet with many varieties and is super rich! Dinner is also a buffet and costs around 27 euros (excluding drinks) which is pretty good too!

Could be better, mostly because I know how it was
I stay at this hotel for several years (20). Been told it has a new management. Some refurbishment has been made on social areas and it is a lot more modern. Unfortunately the same doesn't apply to rooms. Beds are uncomfortable and shower has no quality at all. Besides that it is clean and warm as it should be for a mountain hotel. The buffet is not as good as it was in my opinion, lots of choices but not fresh at it should be and used to be. The floor at the eating area was dirty most of the time because the messy people eating there; must go at first 30 minutes after opening for breakfast and dinner. There are some things to improve

La zonas comunes del hotel son espectaculares.
Los habitaciones amplios, calentitos y limpios.
Desayuno y cena un bufet con un chef preaparando la comida caliente, fantástico.
Hemos tenido la mejor experiencia con los niños y familia.

Lavado de cara solamente.
Hotel con lavado de cara en cuanto a la recepción y restauración, pero las habitaciones no dejan de ser antiguas y ya ni que decir del baño, sale agua marrón en la ducha, el water y el lavabo.
Lo transmito y enseño las fotos y video en recepción y la respuesta es que no hay ningun problema sanitario para su uso, se han quejado varios clientes y esa es la respuesta.
Carteles de los ascensores laterales que señalan que se sube a recepción y sólo suben hasta la -2.

Perfecta, para una sola noche todas nuestras necesidades han sido atendidas. Todo esta a proximidad. Ademas el desayuno buffet de calidad y para todos los gustos ha sido igual por no decir mejor que las grandes cadenas hoteleras Españolas en un pasado no muy lejano.
