Acabo de estar con mi marido y mi hija de 12 años y sólo puedo decir que es una maravilla y un auténtico lujazo. Estuvimos el año pasado y este año hemos vuelto a repetir y lo hemos vuelto a disfrutar igual o más! . Sin duda , el mejor hotel y la mejor opción de Sierra Nevada para alojarse, cenar o pasar un buen rato en su terraza con la mejor música y ambiente de aprés ski. Lo pasamos en grande bailando al ritmo de Antonio , su Dj. Lo mejor , su personal y el servicio que dan. Super amables , atentos, simpáticos, serviciales..además son muchos y eso se agradece. Un 10. Eduardo, su director , se deja la piel para que todo salga las mil maravillas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una pista que llega directamente al hotel , el desayuno a la carta tiene muchas opciones y está todo riquísimo. El restaurante tiene una gran carta de vinos , la carne está buenísima y la crema de puerros es extraordinaria. La decoración del hotel y las habitaciones son preciosas y muy acogedoras. Disfrutar de la piscina exterior a 36 grados viendo la montaña después de un día de ski es sin duda un momento memorable. La combinación de Sol y Nieve de Sierra Nevada es realmente única. Al lado del hotel está también el Hotel Maribel que es de la misma empresa y también es una maravilla ... el restaurante ,y la terraza son una pasada y se come muy bien. Muy recomendable ir a conocerlo. Obviamente no es barato pero es que la calidad , el servicio y la exclusividad siempre se paga!. Carolina , Rafa y Claudia.

Loved this hotel . The rooms are very comfortable , warm and very clean with everything you want ..mini bar , jacuzzi great bathroom etc The lounge area of the hotel is lovely and relaxing . The restaurant, food and staff are excellent . The outdoor pool , sauna and jacuzzi are gorgeous . The ski boot room is luxury too ! I went for a relaxing body massage in the spa . The therapists phone kept pinging with texts and then I could feel that she was texting with one hand . The phone then rang and she answered and stopped the massage to chat to a man on the phone . ..so luxury , perfect hotel but won’t be using the spa on my next visit .

El hotel marca la diferencia no solo por el precio y la ubicación. El entrono y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el personal es 10. Desgasté algunas sugerencias de la carta del restaurante y tanto el ceviche como la sopa de cebolla estaban espectacular. La atención del camarero de rango fue de 10 ENRIQUE gracias. Puede resultar algo excesivo el precio del alojamiento pero es necesario pero mi valoración es muy optima si quieres venir a Sierra Nevada y acceder a un escenario con privilegios a los que pocos puedes acceder. MUY TOP.

Det hyggeligste hotel vi længe har været på. Alt var perfekt. Meget god service.
Luksus mad i restauranten på hotellet.
Deres spa område brugte vi en del. Hotellet ligger tæt på ski område.

A truly FANTASTIC AND FIRST CLASS experience. Just amazing attentive service in stunningly beautiful surroundings. Every single detail has been thought of. Dinner was just out of this world with beautifully presented and a inspiring menu full of choice for every palate. Do NOT come here and not stay/eat here, preferably BOTH.
