Top 5-Star Hotels in Siem Reap

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

It’s the second time we stay in this hotel and we are pretty happy with the overall experience. It’s well located in walking distance from restaurants and Night and Old Markets. Lots of restaurants around. The breakfast is pretty good with several options to choose from, including Vegan. Room is pretty spacious.

Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!

Amazing, classic hotel on National Rd 6. Tastefully done in Cambodian style, with Mahogany and Rosewood throughout. Amazing buffet breakfast with real espresso machines. But the best part is the staff. They treat you like family. Mr. Piseth and his staff will welcome you and attend to your every need. Very nice pool. Within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. I have been back many times.

This is a 5 star hotel in central Siem Reap. It is luxurious but not pretentious. Though the classic room is their ”starter” room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time.. Everything is within a $1 to $2 tuk tuk ride. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one we would return too, which we don't often do. For the quality, the rates are extremely good value

Sabara Angor Hotel is well located very close to Angor Watt and other scenic places. The rooms are huge and spacious, more importantly non-smoking and well aerated. We stayed for 3 nights very nice experience

Beautifully designed Resort and the Staff is incredible friendly! Does Not Matter If the Front of the House employees, waiters or housekeeping; all really Professional. The breakfast offers a big variety of Asian Cuisine and Western Classics. Pool area is very nice. The only Part which could be improved is that the rooms are spacious as well as well maintained, but in general a Bit old and could get a do-over.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable.
