The hotel really looks nice. The lobby is very hip. There’s a restaurant and pool deck and we had our lunch there. The food was great. The room is very spacious and new with a Smart TV. However, there’s an issue in the shower room wherein the drainage is not functioning properly that resulted to water going inside the room. Also, it could’ve been better if there’s a toiletries holder in the shower room.

The overall price/performance ratio of hotel accommodation is still very high. There are many small restaurants on the door, not far from the bar street, about 15 minutes walk. However, it is recommended that if you can do a local tour, you should not book through the hotel. We booked the car in the cave and the Benmi column through the hotel on the first day. Xiaogui ”75 knife = deposit fee does not include tipping” but it has no work. . The next day is the big pit. I plan to go to Xiao Angkor to watch the sunrise. I specially arranged for the hotel to use the Chinese tour guide ”55 knives = guide car = 37 knives for the extra 7 knives at sunrise.” Butttttt.. never imagined the tour guide In addition to Chinese is not good.. Even the knowledge of tourist attractions is also half-baked.. The whole process does not know whether we invited the Chinese tour guide or the other Chinese teacher invited ٩ 😩 ི۶. The third day check out to go to the airport, let the hotel booked 2 points of taxi. It is also 20 minutes late. During the multiple inquiries, the answer is that it has already arrived.. Fortunately, we have enough time to make a mistake. In short, there is a need for hotel price/performance. But the value-added service advises everyone not to YY..

I saw that there was no commentary on Ctrip, and the service was very fond of it. So I uploaded a picture and shared it with everyone. I decided to come to Siem Reap to meet a friend. So I stayed for three days and spent almost every day in the resort. The center is about 4.5km and the airport is about 11km. It is recommended that taxis with taxi software will be more favorable. The front desk can help you call the car. Cambodians have universal dollars, so if you don't have a dollar change, you may have to give 6 dollars. The dollar is like this... The English of the staff is good, the English of the menu is a bit strange, but the dishes will not be trampled, and they will eat at the resort for three days. It feels better than Thai food! ! And Western food is great too! Recommended beef burger! I didn't have time to take it and I was eaten... I didn't like to take the food myself. I wanted to give a big praise on the last day. I took a photo, but I didn't take it all... Chicken Mango Salad is also a big point! The last day of the plane was at 10 o'clock in the evening. The hotel's people saw that we didn't go out to plan to take the initiative to propose that if we didn't make a reservation the next day, we could stay until the evening. It was really moving! ! The hotel is in the middle of a village. At least I think it is a village... This is the only shortcoming. You need to take a taxi in and out. Unless you rent a motorcycle, the price in Cambodia is still relatively expensive, and the room rate is very cheap!

The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Whenever we need anything, they will try our best to help us. A 5-minute walk will take you to the town (night market, bar street, old market and shopping centre). 15 minutes from the temple, the tuk tuk service is very special. The room was very clean and tidy, and the lovely staff was ready every day. The breakfast is very good, offering exquisite cooked food, cereals and snacks. It is especially worth mentioning that the swimming pool is great. We like every moment of this hotel and hope to come back soon.

The hotel environment is OK, not much different from the photos on the hotel introduction. But the photo looks at the hotel is very large, in fact, the overall area of the hotel is not that large. But this problem is not big. 😂
Hotel service is good. But I didn't ask me how many floors I wanted to live on, so I booked the first floor directly. When I expressed my desire to live on the second floor, I also helped me change to the second floor in time. 👍
After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers could not be used, and there was no electricity. The safe was out of power because the battery was out of power and could not be used. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time and liked it. If I can check everything OK before I check in, if it is completely fine, I will give five stars.
Finally, when the airport drop-off was not arranged. There may also be my reason, I didn't tell them one day in advance, let them arrange, and only said when they had to leave. 😅

Originally said that there was breakfast, but it was actually closed due to the epidemic, and the refund has been properly resolved through the help of Ctrip customer service. The windows in the room are large, the lighting is good, and there are no mosquitoes. Although facing the street, it is actually very quiet. TV is not available as breakfast, for unknown reasons, because language communication is not clear.

Nestled amidst the vibrant city, the hotel stands out as the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap.
Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were:
Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation.
The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended.
Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone.
Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. JJoelbastedoAnjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

BBrooke and MichaelWhile staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

GGenya2kOne of the best hostel experience you can get. The hostel is full of activities, it’s sparkling clean, fun, has a young vibe and very attentive friendly stuff. You can make your laundry there or book any of the activities. Great lounge space and fun zone with the swimming pool and the bar. I kept extending my nights, simply too good for this price!

GGuest UserWe came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

You can take the hotel car to the restaurant of the hotel next to Sokha. It is not in the city center. Tutu goes to the Angkor Museum for 4800 riels. It is more convenient to download the passAPP.

HHumphrey JrThe hotel was pretty nice for the affordable price. The service was good, both receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The location was pretty convenient to visit the city center and night markets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants along the street, we really enjoyed that. Our room was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy in the mornings because other guests came to have breakfast at the lobby which was also on the same floor and a few meters from our room. Despite that, everything was very good.
