3-Star Hotels in Siem Reap

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

The Twizt is an incredible stay! 5 minute Walk away from the pub street (which is great as it is not too noisy), you find a great hostel with an appealing interior design. Furthermore, you have an awesome rooftop pool, neat bathrooms and a sufficiently big room. ALSO: I forgot my headphones there. Within 1 day, I got them back at my hostel in Phnom Penh since they sent them on the same day they found them! Great service and once again, thank you! :) Only negative Point: No windows in the rooms - for longer stays at the hostel, you may visit the lobby or the rooftop bar.

I didn't use it, but there were meals, a bar, and a pool, and it seemed to be well maintained. The staff were friendly and good at English, so there was no problem with communication. I used an 8-person dormitory, but it was hot depending on the location. Other than that, I was satisfied with the two shower rooms, two toilets, curtains for each bedroom, and personal lighting.

The owner is a scammer. He refused to check us into the hotel according to the reservation we had paid for on trip.com. At the suggestion of a trip.com employee, I paid for the stay at my own expense, while this scammer assured that he had canceled the paid reservation with a refund of my funds and would issue a receipt for payment upon check-out to be presented to trip.com. As a result, when checking out, he refused to provide a receipt, only after a call from an employee did trip.com seem to cancel the previously paid reservation, otherwise they would have received double payment from me. There are also many questions regarding accommodation. You can find a more decent option in the city among normal people.

Staff are friendly & helpful . Big atmosphere, Swimming pool , games area , sky bar and pool bar . DJ live music pool party with drinking games. Room’s clean & good value .No worry about tour . They will arrange for you .7 minutes by walk to pub street.

We stayed at Onderz in a private room for 5 nights even though it is essentially a hostel and we are in our 60s - why pay heaps for accommodation when you're out all day exploring?! This is a great place to stay in Siam Reap. Rooms and common areas super clean, 2 pools in the main building (including a rooftop) and one for the private rooms. Refreshing but highly chlorinated - don't put your head under! Staff wonderful, food great, location just one block from Pub St but away from the noise. Highly recommended

Originally said that there was breakfast, but it was actually closed due to the epidemic, and the refund has been properly resolved through the help of Ctrip customer service. The windows in the room are large, the lighting is good, and there are no mosquitoes. Although facing the street, it is actually very quiet. TV is not available as breakfast, for unknown reasons, because language communication is not clear.

Very good, this is the most satisfied hotel in Siem Reap! Unfortunately, it was only booked for one night. Not far from Bar Street, but the environment is very quiet, the swimming pool water is super clear and there is no disinfection water. Breakfast was large and delicious. Cost-effective!

We were so disappointed in the hotel reception. We gave him money to book a bus to Phnom Penh (requires a 45-seat car). But he tricked us, picked us up in a tuk-tuk from our hotel, then took us to a roadside location (not the bus station). Stuffed our luggage and we boarded a bus with only 24 seats, too crowded with goods and a motorbike with a strong smell of gasoline. On the way, we kept picking up / dropping off passengers and it took us 8 hours to reach Phnom Penh. It is so awful! Also, we rented 3 double rooms, but 2 rooms have hot water. Chúng tôi quá thất vọng về lễ tân khách sạn. Chúng tôi trả tiền cho hắn để đặt bus đi Phnôm Pênh (yêu cầu xe 45 chỗ). Nhưng hắn đã lừa chúng tôi, đón chúng tôi bằng xe tuk-tuk từ khách sạn, sau đó đưa chúng tôi đến một địa điểm bên vệ đường (không phải bến xe). Nhét chúng tôi và hành lý lên chiếc xe buýt chỉ có 24 chỗ ngồi, quá chật chội với hàng hóa và cả một chiếc xe máy với mùi xăng nồng nặc. Trên đường đi, liên tục đón/trả khách và chúng tôi mất 8 tiếng để đến Phnom Penh. Thật tồi tệ! Ngoài ra, chúng tôi thuê 3 phòng đôi, nhưng 2 phòng có nước nóng.

The location is excellent. Next to Pub Street/Old market. There are many super markets, lovely restaurants and exchanges.  Amenity:  coffee sachet, tooth brush, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner TV is equipped but no connection when I stayed. Towel, bathrobe are provided. AC works excellently. Wi Fi speed is great, I had no issue. A Hair dryer is provided. There is a safe box but I didn't use it. Shower has no issue. Water pressure is OK and there is hot/warm water running. There is no elevator. (3 storey hotel) There is a smoking space. The Swimming pool is cool. If you don't hang the ”clean the room” sign on the door, no one will clean your room. If you want daily cleaning service, you should hang it. If someone on the same floor bangs the door, it really echoes, you might find it noisy. My first night was actually noisy because some guests were chatting on the corridor. No breakfast is served as of March 2022. The restaurant isn't functioning due to the aftermath of COVID-19. You might be able to buy canned drinks or bottled beer, though. There is a cafe (Bakong) close to the hotel that is open at 0630AM. There is coffee stand just in front of hotel  (US$1, latte) but I can't tell what time they are open. Early enough, though. There is a local eatery right next to the hotel, which is open at 0700AM. That is where you can try borbor, which is a typical Khmer breakfast. They can arrange tours. (pls see the picture I post) If I can raise a request, I wish I had one more bedside table or regular desk in the room.  I had a great promotion in Agoda to book the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here pretty much. Unfortunately I had no view from my room as the next apartment(house) was right next to the window. :D but no worries, excellent roller blind is equipped, you have totally privacy.
