The hotel is a bit aged, and the bed and pillow is way too soft for my liking.

This was the best hotel that I ever stay everyone so kind and happy, the food was amazing, the massage also amazing I can't wait to go back the girls from reception such a sweet heart Tipy and Sok Lin also Tola the driver everyone was so nice I really appreciate y’all

Unfortunately, the water flow is so weak that I cannot take a shower. I am very surprised that there is no Ironing Board

Pretty disappointed with the facilities especially the pool . It was so dirty and green . Was told they clean every morning . The breakfast is pathetic compare to the last few nights that we stayed around pub street which is a 4 star hotel not even international brand and cheaper too .Not many people in the hotel and I think that’s why the breakfast has limited varieties . I think I will not pay for this rate as listed as 5 stars hotel . Need to collect the eggs from the counter when is ready . The last hotel I stayed was delivered to the table once is ready . Dare not open the door to the balcony because of mossi too . Therefore you can’t really enjoy the outdoor unless you are fine with the sting . service at the concierge was good and thoughtful . Anyway I won’t pay for this rate if I can’t enjoy the pool nor the breakfast

- pros spacious good taste of furnitures enough water pressure of shower separated living area - cons me & my husband had bug-bites by bedbugs (room 103) I requested 3rd floor room beforehand but not accepted even though there are small number of guests (so we had no buffet for breakfast)

A boutique hotel full of ancient Khmer vibe especially with indoor plantation and thoughtful design to allow for maximum sunlight to shine through. The location is especially convenient with a starbuck just across the street and a cinema. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. With the room rate of less than $100 per night, I’d say it’s pretty worth it.
