Stemma Hotel

Stayed here for 6 nights to celebrate a friends birthday in Corfu, Sidari! Found this gem of a hotel, booked through Jet2. Staff are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help! Location of the hotel is great.. just a short walk away from the beach and nearest supermarket, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the main *****. Pool area great with plenty of Sun beds to go round and no rush in the morning to get one. Pool is quite large, with a shallower pool for the kids next to the main pool. Pool bar/restaurant serve food until 9:00pm so you can have whatever food you fancy throughout the day. Hotel grounds kept clean and presentable too. Rooms have the necessities.. kitchen area with a couple of hobs and a mini oven, however the rooms are open plan so the bedroom, living space and kitchen is in the same area with the bathroom being separate. Rooms clean but not spotless, but If you don’t mind a bit of dust then you’ll be fine. The rooms are also quite dated and could do with a bit of a renovation. Also if you plan on watching any TV on your trip then be prepared as the TV in the room only shows Greek channels. There is free Wi-Fi at the hotel and the password is given to you at check in. During our stay the Wi-Fi did not work at all so hopefully this improves in the future. Overall, me and my friends loved our stay at Stemma, we would definitely come and stay here again!

The room was basic, coupled have done with being aired out before but decent enough. Really nice pool area, decent music, good bar. Costa, Costas and Jimmy are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very average but plentiful. I'd recommend it as a good budget option, close to the ***** of restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Just spent a fantastic relaxing holiday at the stemma, staff were excellent, food was lovely, room was a good size and very clean. Loved the pool with plenty of sunbeds. Supermarkets and beach are just 5min away. Booked a few trips down in the ***** which were great value, also lots of fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. Would certainly recommend the Stemma big 👍Best 2weeks we have had for a long time.

I stayed at the Stemma solo and had a great time, all the staff work really hard and also very helpful , the breakfast was okay, enough to choose from and the bar menu food was very tasty! The place is a bit tired and could do with being upgraded but I went on a budget holiday so wasn’t disappointed.

Hotel is set in a peaceful location a 10 minute stroll to the main bars and restaurants, passing some good restaurants on the way. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always around if you need them for anything. The rooms are big yet basic but have everything you need including a fridge aircon e.t.c. the rooms are quite tired the beds are old and the sofa bed is uncomfortable (very hard). The cleaning of the rooms is ok. The balcony doesn't really get mopped though. Also the shower absolutely soaks the floor. The patio furniture is broken and old and needs replacing for next season. The breakfast is not nice. This hotel is solely british guests so the odd English sausage here and there wouldn't go a miss. The coffee is awful and the orange juice is cordial not pure orange. All in all with a few small improvements this hotel would be top marks.

I visited the hotel from 26th August 2024 with 13 year old. It's our final day of our stay but I would love to come back. We've had such a wonderful week staying at Stemma Hotel. It's a really fantastic hotel and base for your holiday in Sidari. Location: It's close to bars and restaurants and the beach is about 300m away. It's quiet and peaceful but close enough to the ***** to walk. It's flat and has ramps and access for anyone with mobility issues. There's a short cut from the cross roads to the Canal D'Armour area that cuts out most of the ***** too. You can also walk along the beach to all the bars. Accommodation - We had an elegant suite which has 2 balcony areas. The room was clean and spacious. Open plan lounge/kitchen, separate twin bedroom with very comfy beds which had memory foam toppers, mattress and pillow covers too. The air con and safety deposit boxes are included in the room rate so no extra charges. The rooms were cleaned daily. It is what you would expect in accommodation in Greece, basic but has everything you need. The only negative about the room was the chairs on the balcony weren't nice to sit on. The normal rooms have plastic chairs and tables which would have been fine. These were fancy egg chairs. Nice to look at. There's also free WiFi access the hotel which was good for the 13 year old! The pool area and bar/restaurant are the main feature of the hotel. The pool is very clean and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas so there's no mad rush first thing to get a good spot. We've spent most days there as it was so nice. Really chilled and relaxing. Loved it! The bar/restaurant is very reasonably priced and offers a variety of very tasty meals and snacks. The milkshakes are a fave! The staff/owners are so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. We stopped for a drink at the end of our evening and it was a lovely chilled vibe. Breakfast - there was a variety of different hot options eggs, pancakes along with youghurt, toast etc. This was the only real negative as we didn't really like what was available but that's down to personal choice. The food that we're tried was ok it just wasn't for us so we didn't bother going. I booked Stemma Hotel as a last minute break before school starts again andni' so glad I found it. I'm definitely going to book to come again next year.
