Stopped at the Sellas for a week and really enjoyed our stay, the room was basic but for the £ was better than you’d expect , staff were fantastic, special shout out to Nikos who was brilliant at the bar - location is perfect for lots of very good bars and restaurants - well worth a visit

Fabulous hotel with excellent staff, and lovely food, rooms cleaned regularly and rooms have everything u need, location is great, very private and near to everything. Lauren works very hard and Nikos at the bar makes excellent cocktails, with regular people that keep coming back, excellent hotel.

Well where to start .... worst hotel I've ever stayed at in 25 year ! @tui should be ashamed to have this on offer . When we arrived we were checked in at reception in hotel, then told to follow the reception lady who took us out of hotel grounds a cross a quiet road and about 70yards up the road to a small complex of about 10/12 apartments with a pool , looked ok at first glance . Showed into room and the smell hit me straight away of dampness and sewer I mentioned it but just got a shrug and left to it . There was no staff or bar nothing in the complex area . So if u wanted a drink from bar or breakfast you would have to walk diwn the road and across to get it . We thought it was a hotel we were going into by photos . Rooms were absolutely disgusting, filthy floor , muck on skirting and in corners , dead flies under wardrobe , shower filthy and dirt behind bed. looked like room hadn't seen a clean in months . I have enclosed photos . Next morning after a tearful night I tried to see rep then was told they don't go to hotel just use app , they then told me to see resort rep at hotel ???? . After speaking to manager about room and showing photos and asking for rhem to get the rep , they moved us to the main hotel part which was marginally better , def a bit cleaner , ths turned out as bad due to cats and kittens all over the place constantly. I had them every night on my balcony lying on towels I had out drying which I threw away due to fleas. One had a poo on my chair which resulted in a bikini bottoms n top to be thrown . The cats were free to roam about in dining area and climbing on chairs to get food . Bread uncovered and flies about , cat diarrhea on the floor in breakfast room . No one in hotel after 1am just a number to calling window if u needed assistance which made me feel unsafe to think anyone could be roaming about the grounds . Not sure but pool didn't look like it was been filtered. Childs pool had a dead cock roach in fir the whole week we were there . Staff just didn't seem to care at all other than lauren who was helpful when needed. The actual pool area and seating outside area looks quite nice but it's let down my the hotel rooms completely. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this hotel . Totally spoilt my holiday which was supposed to be a chill and relax week on my own with sister to sort my head out .
