Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Sibiu. Great facilities, including parking. An excellent breakfast is included. Rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

I will absolutely not recommend or book again this hotel.
Very noisy hotel .
I am from catering industry, and I did recognise that the hotel have apprentice staff working. But those same staff did make massive noise and party during that night at the hotel so we couldn't sleep until 1AM.
Thanks to the receptionist and security guard that resolved quickly the problem .
Hotel is very old and need massive refreshments.
Room pictures have been photoshop big time!!!

The decoration is old and the hygiene is not very good. The location is good, and there is a pedestrian street scenic spot just outside.

J’ai connu cet hôtel il a 20 ans et il eteit alors le meilleur de Sibiu. Quelle chue depuis : personnel jeune et mal formé, aucune attention envers les clients, propreté des chambres douteuses et le tout vieillissant (Clim préhistorique). A fuir !
