GGuest UserThe help was very friendly and obliging. Even had early check in for us. Once in we found the hotel poorly maintained and accumulations of dust on bed rails and other surfaces. The floors were cleaned where tiled but the rugs were spotted and dirty. Once again, employees were friendly and helpful but facilities less than adequate. Will avoid Red Roof in future.
