The hotel is very big just the housekeeper don't have much time to deep clean .the hotel toilet full with hairs ..pls ask the housekeeper to maintain the toilet bowl too. Hope there is govt rate for govt servants

JJyapzPlace was great, very relaxing Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix

GGuest UserIt has been awhile since we went to Kuantan. So alang2 pergi kenduri di Kemaman, so we decided to stay here for 1 night. It was a lovely stay. Their breakfast is so good. Even my husband said like a premium. 😁 We love to come back for more night stays. Kuantan has been lovely. Please try Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese. They served good foods too. Only 5 mins from hotel.

GGuest UserSangat recomended. Kedai mkn pun byk area situ. Kalau malam minggu boleh berjalan je ada pasar walk kat sana. Breakfast pon sedap, banyak pilihan. Servis pun okay, cuma kena hati2 tingkap bukan jenis lock mati. Kalau ada anak kecil kena selalu perhati. Tenkiuu🥰

GGuest UserWater leaking at room 1210 from the floor upstairs. . The wall has stained. The reception lady at the counter needs to be more courtesy and intelligence to resolve customer request which the customer has booked the room much earlier and get a replacement room for the comfort of your guests. The place is ok.

ZZaidah SitiStaying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

TTan chun yap3rd floor are horrible, u can hear sound of water tank almost whole night. It was so disturbing for light sleeper. Meanwhile they moved me to another empty room with window, another nightmare! Noise from the street and very warm by day time, however they managed to move me to another better room after my complaint. An Indian girl at front desk doesn’t seems enjoy her work, kudos to housekeeper PN Zana. Room well kept during my stay
