Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

The room is located 50 km east of Bintulu. It costs RM150 to take a taxi, and the taxi app costs between RM110-150. Most taxi drivers are Chinese and can communicate directly. Came here for business trip. I love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was helpful. Probably the best hotel around. The ambience was nice too. I would pick Ne w World every time I visit Bintulu. 🤘🏾

I’ve booked the Family Suite for my family. Room was spacious, we have our own living room with divider between the beds, and plus the microwave.
Overall, I was happy with the accommodation just that the bathroom was a little bit smaller for that room type.

The hotel having its good maintenance in room and others facilities. In conclusion, the property is in good location and offer the best accommodation in town.

The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

GGuest UserWe are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room.
The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.
